He got into shit with Nas because 50 was supposed to be on a Jennifer Lopez song, but something happened where the record label took 50 off it and put Nas said that he would take 50's place, and then they replaced 50

this wasnt the only song nas did with 50, nas brought 50 through on a few tracks. n the beef goes further back than the j-lo track. nas was trying to unite the queens mcs around 2000/02 (QBs finest, started bravehearts, ill will recs. etc) but there were too many egos, including 50's (probably nas' too) nas chose not to sign 50 to ill will, plus 50s deal with trackmasters got scrapped after he got shot, so he was left behind for a little while. that's probably what started the hatin

Jam Master Jay helped 50 as did Nas, and Nas definitely brought more exposure to Mobb Deep. That's what I was saying without Nas having influence on 50 there is no 50 therefore no g-unit.
