Ha, Ha! Too bad the Apple idiots didn't loop the wire inside or crimp the wire's insulation with the casing...like has been known for literally decades.
It's really amazing how dumb these "engineers" are that don't actually use anything or have any knowledge of proven methods as they slap crap together.
@Alex4surf HA, thanks for noticing. Sorry, I just like to rub-it-in when I see such modern "re-inventions" re-hash problems of the very old.
Did you see my fix comment of Crazy gluing inside the wire's shoulders? It really works well & so far is permanent, even if you wrap the wire around the pop-out arms. For real permanancy on the block end, screw the wire to one of the pop-out arms (drill first of-course).
just for future reference, it might be a bit more helpful if this were in video form. and if you had less annoying music :) but nice video, ive been having trouble with mine lately and its a pain in the ass.
