U sure its Perodua Alza? Coz Perodua don't develop new cars...they just rebadge...why would there be necessary to test drive a prototype right? That's how I come up with that hypothesis :-D
overall...bad interior and exterior..no result on crash test impact. very simple seat and difficult for 3rd row to exit. meter at the middle of dashboard.not executive class. very flat back seat.small space.below par compared to others mpv.

sounds like exora is a prefered MPV. proton has done well with the exora package, although some say it does not come along with high tech / spec. i wonder what is the fuel consumption and maintenance like for the exora...furthermore many of my friends are not in favor of proton cars because of the Quality Control.
an mpv fuel consumption will never be the same with sedan eventhought it's was using the same engine due to both of it used a different gear ratio.. my fren always complain that his wish 1.8 was fuel guzzler eventhought 1.8cc engine can pull the mpv easily. About quality control, Proton hires BMW's man, Dr. Wolfgang Eppel as their Director of quality department.
My big bro myvi's had a lot of problems, brake caliper changed twice under warranty, also replacing a steering rack, under warranty. Power windows jammed. Rectified under warranty. Vibrating clutch after engaged 1st gear, cannot be claim due to clutch set in not in warranty list. All Problems encountered in 1st year of owning. My both 1999&2002 Kancil 850 have a same problem. A/C compressor will fail in 3rd year, radiator fan motor make a weird sound&radiator leaking etc

As i know, test mule unit already been tested and has been launch in Japan.. oh.. i get it.. they need to test it whether it can run on low cost part with old tech 1.5cc engine perfectly.. They also want to minimize NVH . They want to minimize tech so they can sell it below RM70k and trying to compete with Exora..
