I do all my Farming Runs together, which includes every patch in the game, takes around 20-25mins though, but I don't use Farmer payments, and I bank around the same number of times as you do in this video.
I note my cropped with the Tool Leprechaun, which is a handy feature for chain farmers & to reduce bank trips.
extremely dumb to not pay the farmer, as it's a huge waste of money if it dies, and a huge waste of time if you have to constantly check it. please save yourself the money and PAY THE FARMER with noted payments.
I use cheap crops (willows and curries) & don't keep checking them. I use farmer payments for Calquats because I grow poison ivy bushes, and I only do one farming run a day for 50-60k exp. Very rarely the trees die, and more rarely do the fruit trees die.
I use noted payments for the fruit trees but often can't be bothered switching to withdraw as notes for regular tree payments as it doesn't make any difference (unless you do both runs at once). When I started farming I had both runs combined into one, but quickly found that it was much easier to do them separately and actually worked out faster as a result of less banking/dropping items.
I been suck in the late 30s in farming for awhile, trying to find a good method to level up. I'd have to say, kudos to you. This is the best Runescape info video i have ever seen.
b) The roots aren't worth the time it takes to chop down the trees. For supercompost, it's better to buy pineapples from Arhein in Catherby for virtually nothing and use those instead.
c) It's a frequently unknown aspect of farming - though with the recent update to right-click pay farmers it's slightly more obvious - and people are put off farming due to the time it takes to chop trees. I'm also extremely impatient myself and prefer to have them cut for me.
Oak tree seeds are acorns. You can get them from birds' nests that drop while woodcutting or from the Miscellanea kingdom, or you can buy them straight from the grand exchange (they are extremely cheap).
ur rich can u help me on stuff im using my brother account his account is southhenry plz add him i need help can u be his mentor il ask and show the video

I find that using noted payments and doing fruit trees and normal trees at the same time is a lot faster.
Still a good guide nonetheless.

Normal tree roots are all supercompostable. Why are you paying the gardeners to cut them and forgoing the wc experience and roots?
chrispizza 3 years ago
a) I already have 99 woodcutting. :P

great guide. but do you know exactly how long each tree takes?
killer13372 3 years ago
It's in the knowledge base. But the times vary from the stated ones so it could be longer or shorter than what they say.
But maple trees are ~5 hours and all fruit trees are ~14h36m
RsbandbStaff 3 years ago
fruit trees take a day
and trees take half a day
thats what i say
