Agents, unlike car salespeople, do have a 'relationship' with their clients, and in fact, it is in writing. They make a promise to you in writing that they have your back, and make sure that what goes down is in your best interests. If you feel they are not honoring their fiduciary duty you could take them to court, because you have it in writing!
I love how Realtors refer to their "clients". It's as if Realtors think they have some kind of professional relationship with people. It's the same as used car salespeople referring to their suckers, I mean clients.
Realtors have children? Oh no. Stop producing anymore used house salespeople.
