  • the list at the end needs to be updated

  • It should had more view!

  • well done....

  • You know we are getting better at this. Now they are turning to put pressure on Pakistan and India

  • God So help them brave soldiers im in grade 7 and im hopin to join the millitary when im older i live in Halifax Nova Scotia and are Remembrance days are so heart breaking and boy but i dont care they are dfoing the right thing!!

  • Very emotional video. My brother in law is leaving for his third tour soon and I pray everyday that my sister never has to open the door and see those soldiers and the Padre standing there.

  • You are right...there is light in all this.

Amongst some that are there, they really believe in what they are doing and some really good stuff is coming out. Look at what Romeo Dallaire is doing!!!

  • Romeo Dellaire? Are you on crack? Ruwanda was in the 90's, and since then he's been useless..

  • Of course not. He is tackling some very difficult topics such as how do we stop genocides and infringements of basis human rights. It happens still today.

You may not know what he does because of his rather radical views which does not make one very popular for TV or the media but he says what need to be said and does what needs to be done. No he has been rather busy and not useless at all.

  • Hapiness doesn't sell

  • Almost 10% of Canada's entire population of seven million people served

in the armed forces during the First World War, and nearly 60,000 died. The

great Allied victories of 1918 were spearheaded by Canadian troops,

perhaps the most capable soldiers in the entire British order of battle.

  • It seems that Canada's historic mission is to come to the selfless aid

both of its friends and of complete strangers, and then, once the crisis is

over, to be well and truly ignored.

  • Until the deaths of Canadian soldiers killed in Afghanistan , probably

almost no one outside their home country had been aware that Canadian

troops are deployed in the region. And as always, Canada will bury its dead,

just as the rest of the world, as always will forget its sacrifice, just as it

always forgets nearly everything Canada ever does.

It seems that Canada 's historic mission is to come to the selfless aid

both of its friends and of complete strangers

  • A British news paper salutes Canada . . . this is a good read. It is funny how it took someone in England to put it into words..and there is so much truth to the article.

Sunday Telegraph Article From today's UK wires: Salute to a brave and modest

nation - Kevin Myers, The Sunday Telegraph LONDON -

  • Why is that people are posting mainly videos of our troops coming home dead. How about at some point dealing with the good our people are doing over there. Lets show some light and a little less darkness. A little more joy in what they bring to the Afgan people.

  • Spouses, dependants, families, and friends pay as high a price as the soldiers themselves. Let's not forget ever. Nations are built one rock at the time at the price of blood, tears and sweat so that the sacrifices of our brothers and sisters on foreign soil may not be in vain.

  • We ask so much of these people. Let us hope that our politicians don`t let them down. There names will live forever.

  • wow that part at the end hearing the fighting in the back ground. It brought tears to my eyes...

  • There is more names. These names, I have cherished and will keep on cherishing through the work I do everyday.

  • Excellent video! Thanks for keeping the names of the fallen up to date. It means a lot to us.
