  • im goin to mac donalds

  • I`m vegiteryen

  • i lick what you guys do

  • how did that cow know it was gonna get killed ?? Animals don't have common sense like that!!! she was just running, duhh!!! any scared animal is gonna run, its just common sense ppls.

  • @JBChristian2

animals have very powerful instincts you stupid idiot

  • I want to hug the lady at the begining!!!!!! She made me cry toooo

  • So here is my problem: Dogs/cats need meat even if I don't. Beans cause torsion in dogs, cats just can't go there. Peta kills dogs & cats handed in to them to save cows, I don't like that either. How to deal with this issue? Kill all dogs and cats? I just don't know! I won't kill my pets because they need meat. I love the animals they eat as well. What to do?

  • You misunderstand, I'm not out to shock or offend. I'm simply giving my honest opinion. I feel killing and eating lesser creatures is natural and correct. Might makes Right.

Might was Right when Caesar bled

    Upon the stones of Rome,

Might was Right when Genghis led

    His hordes over Danube's foam,

For Might is Right when empires sink

    In storms of steel and flame;

And it is RIGHT when weakling breeds --

    Are hunted down like game.

The strong inherit the Earth. The weak inherit the yoke!

  • @KingAdrock420 Your so-called "honest opinion" is a mainstream and utterly average excuse for strength. This opinion is already the opinion of the majority of people. 9 Billion animals are killed for food every year in the US alone - so your sentiment is predictable and run-of-the-mill. It is far easier to inflict suffering than it is offer a comparable amount of help. Compassion takes far more might than cruelty So yes, Might does equal right, but your understanding of might is foolish.

  • @TheDiscerningBrute You call my views mainstream, average and run-of-the-mill. Might I suggest some other words, such as ordinary, everyday, routine, standard, stock, typical and usual? I mean if you are just going to call it names why not go for broke?

Although I must say you've taken quite an interesting tactic: a kind of an inverse argumentum ad populum. "Your argument is believed to be true by many, therefore it is... false."

Did your brain just divide by zero?

  • @KingAdrock420 Never said it was false. I said it was foolish & not shocking. I also said something else you didn't acknowledge: it's far easier to inflict suffering than it is to offer a comparable amount of help. Being cruel is easy; lazy even. Apathy takes no muscle. Compassion, on the other hand is controversial, as you demonstrate by the attention you pay these videos. (I took a look are your recent YouTube activity).

  • Why do people complain about slaughter animals being treated badly? Torture makes meat taste better.

I wish I could buy Maxine, lop her head off and grind her into delicious burger.

  • Hey @KingAdrock420

Here's the attention you so desperately are seeking: Your attitude isn't shocking. It's ordinary, and boring. The reason many people care about animals is because they've seen far worse treatment of animals than you could ever muster with your words. How about being a real man and show some strength of character as a protector, defender, guardian, or hero.

  • @KingAdrock420 Ok. I see we have a TROLL here where they don't belong--such comments are not welcome here, subhuman, I'm sure.

Did you know that you're made of flesh too, btw? I bet you'd taste nice and tender, too if you were cooked just right--and you say if somebody tortured you you'd be even tastier--guess you ought to be glad no one is firing up the grill, huh?

And that all I'll say to the troll. ;)

  • @Lisamarie1968 Let me get this straight: You're saying that I'm less than human, so cooking and eating me would therefore be... okay?

While I must say you're mistaken in your belief that I'm not a human being, I do agree with the rest of your argument. Lesser animals (cows, for example) ARE for food. That's their purpose. So eating them is correct.

  • @KingAdrock420 You honestly believe that the rest of existence is merely here for the sake of human animals and their frivolous wants? Could you be any more of a speciesist if you tried? The stupidity of your statement is laughable and demonstrably so.

Humans and non-human animals suffer alike and all sentient life has the same intrinsic value.

  • @Follz19 Not at all. They exist to be food for ALL higher animals, be they wolf, bear, fox, lion, tiger, alligator, shark, human.

  • @KingAdrock420 Exactly what is your definition of a 'higher' animal? Not that it really matters, because can does not equal should. Pointing out this fallacy in your 'reasoning' however will probably be lost on you.

Every single one of those animals you mentioned would happily have you for breakfast, what do think that means?

  • She looks full of joy running on the new farm because she is given the opportunity to live!

  • How can anyone enjoy their burger after watching something like this? Thank God for all those who helped Maxine and for similar organizations out there..!

  • So awesome. What a great story.

  • So awesome!!

  • This is gorgeous, I have trouble watching the more gory videos of what goes on in the meat industry, though I have braved it in the past and that's what stopped me eating meat. I was so moved in a nice way by this. As a vegan I never drive past the slaughterhouse in my town, it's too upsetting. But I am trying to help others to see... without being too preachy :O)

  • made me cry :(

  • good for dienna ! and samantha !

    i'm glad i'm a veg!

  • U r free cow. Mooooooooo! Being vegetarian feels good in my soul

  • I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I wish that ALL cows were so lucky. Watching the reaction of that Animal Control officer brought tears to my eyes.

    GO VEGAN!

  • It'd be so much better if everyone had become vegetarian a few years ago. Then Maxine would never have been born and would not have experienced the joy we see in this video. Because not eating meat doesn't save lives, it means less lives begin in the first place. Unless of course some of you plan to start breeding cows as pets.

  • I love how everyone is fussing over this 1 cow, when about 100 million cows were slaughtered in this day alone. Ignorance lives in us all. Rock on, Cow.. Have fun. We all deserve to be free.

  • its amazing how so many people think that meat just comes from a supermarket, and beyond that is magical how we get steaks, chicken fingers, and pork loins, the ignorance is astonashing, i am not a vegan or veg head. I take the time to find out where my food comes from, the other day driving home passing a cow farm i saw a farmer jump off his tractor and more then 50 cows running at him, and he was petting them and kissing them, they were in a great big pasture, thats where i get my food from,

  • @jesseacraig Have you visited the slaughterhouses where these animals are killed? Or joined them on their voyage there?

  • I don't eat beef,and I'm gald I don't!

  • DA WILL TO LIVE!

plz save animals, they too have da right to live, just as we humans do.

    go veg or vegan!

  • Meat industry must love this story, maybe they created the incident. The animal is very healthy -not diseased looking, something most meat eaters would wish the product they eat come from.

Unfortunately for meat eaters, not all animals sent for slaughter look this good.

By the way, a high percentage of cattle, especially dairy cattle, is infected with bovine leukemia virus and bovine aids virus.

  • aww that's lovely :-) it makes me so happy to be veggie

  • thank you so much for posting this video :) beautiful. it baffles the mind how one animal can touch so many, yet thousands of others who have the same capacity to do so are cruelly slaughtered every single day... thank you and here's to hearing more and more stories like maxine's...

  • Untill now i never fought what i was eating came from suffer and tears from animals. This cause me more the will to stoping eating meat, so in this way i can at least help them and play a part of it.

  • that black lady is gettin very emotional i feel her.i wanna quit eating meat too.

  • As it says,,,,,,,ja ko rakhe sayian mar ske na koi

  • This is amazing! They actually let her &she was running where in New York City? lol! Anyway,it is true animals like all creatures have a will to live- &fear death& in fact hundreds of chemical reactions occur in their bod right b4 they r abt to be slaughtered, chickens too!My ex saw a chicken killed (sorry to be so blunt here)they chopped it's head,it ws still alive for minutes after flapping away, it's really sad if u think abt it, u r eating all those reactions that occur in their bods btw

  • i love rani.

  • good point.

  • this is a loving and touching video.

  • I've been vegan since the beginning of high school, so I've always stood for people like this.... Yet, this still brought tears to my eyes! At least there are some good-hearted human beings out there who treat other species with the respect and honor they deserve.

  • @SQUILLA898 Lemme tell you the respect en honer that an animal deserves, any under us. the Human being is above all animal, and God is above all humans, animals, and all creation. Genesis chapter one already says that Man shall have all dominion over all living creatures on earth. This includes animals, plants, and any biotic thing that exists on earth. we are on the top of the food chain. and think about it, if we didn't eat animals, where would they be?

  • @JBChristian2 They would definately not be in my house unless it was a cat, a dog, or some kind of small fish. they would be in the wild, still getting eaten by the animals on the food chain, and trust me, coyotes, wolves, lions cheetahs, etc. do not have the technology to kill the animals the way we do. they use the claws en teeth. bite yourself once till it starts bleeding, en then cut your self with a knife, which feels better?

  • @JBChristian2

you are so stupid you replied to yourself.

  • @JBChristian2

fuck your god if that's what your god is saying.

  • how happy she ran and danced when she knew and realized she was free forever ......how i long for the day when we can do that to the all.................when every human will have realized the wrongness of their deeds and will have stopped exploiting our fellow creatures the animals in any way!!!!!and just let them live with us.....share this planet and care for them with love and let them roam and live free...............i have a dream

  • my cats eat meat, i am not but cats need meat

or they get blind i heard

    has anybody experience with this?

  • there is a vegan dry cat food which has fake taurin inside and its made mostly from barley--its called AmiCat its very good but also a bit costly-easier with dogs, but by now there is also wet cat vegan food, but like i said i only had good experience with AmiCat....ONE LOVE. P.S: but be gentle dont force nothing especially in the beginning....

  • what a wonderful story with a happy ending

  • The Farm Sanctuary must be a beautiful place to be a part of. I have heard of it before, and have often wished I could work there. It must be fantastic to get up every morning and know that was where you were going to spend your day. Thank goodness they exist, too bad there aren't more organizations like this one all over this country.

  • I'm so glad to hear you say that "kindness is the heart of intelligence." My way way of saying it has always been "kindness is the highest form of intelligence."

  • * an extra "way" in there.

  • That was a lovely video ...animals were not born to be used as food!!!

  • yeah they kinda were...

we may take advantage and kill more to eat then is nescessary...

but its all part of the food chain...

  • Your intelligence. Mc Qwertyll, should be enough to realise your not living in the wild and you have no need to be part of any supposed food chain. Realise that animals held captive in factory farms for you to eat , have a terrible cruel time of it in their short lives. Go vegan and stop supporting torture.

  • i never said i was supporting that wise guy

yeah i think animal cruelty is wrong...

thus why i have stoped eating at kfc...

now i eat alot more vegtables and fruits than i do meat...

    but i still eat meat...

    and i wont stop...

    its part of life

  • You think animal cruelty is wrong but you eat cruelly treated animals! Strange !

Eating animals may be a part of YOUR life but there are plenty of us who realise it's wrong and unhealthy too.

  • how is it unhealthy exactly...

    and how do you know...

i dont eat meat that i raised on my own that i treat with great care...

you have no proof that i eat meat that was cruelly treated...

    ever heard of a farm...

you can get meat form other places other than a slaughterhouse or factory farms...

  • How right you are TillyFlop, that really warmed my heart, it was wonderfull to see this cow when she got to the field and tasted freedom.

  • beautiful vids...

  • Our fellow animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on or use for entertainment. It's as simple as that.

Thanks for this wonderful video. Spread the word!

  • Go vegan. Simple as that to change the world.

  • Love them, not eat them.

They have the will to live too.

Please respect them, be a vegetarian.

  • That's exactly right peopleasylum. That's why a good education is so important. I teach my children about the concept of compassion and try to teach by example. Some say it cannot be taught, that you either come to this world mean, or not. But teaching what we can about this concept is not a bad idea. What if people CAN learn to practice compassion?

  • These are all wonderful people GOD BLESS YOU ALL great video ,,wonderful story from people WHO CARE about all animals ......all the best to you all Tony (savegreyhounds)
