why should they pay for it. post saddam hussein iraq is going to erupt into sectarian violence..the country will literally be in civil war. america knocks off the big bad guy without a credible new horse to take over. basically 4000 US troops dead, 100k iraqi civilians dead, a destabilized country, loss of infrastructure and now for this great deal iraq should pay billions?
