@ArbyTheElite Makes all of your enemies have unlimited invisibility. Through out the rest of the game. You have to actually turn off your XBOX to make it stop. Its not like Halo 3 where you can turn the skulls on and off in a menu. I believe this was the first Halo game to have the skulls, they were secrets and you could find the skulls on any level of difficulty, however they were only activated if you find them while playing on the Legendary setting.

Lol i got there ones on Normal mode an the skull is there, no elites but it doesn't activate, other skulls only appear on Legendary...

Only the Blind skull and IWHBYD skull appear on any difficulty. (As far as Halopedia knows)

@ShadowMark474 I know your comment is a year old but just to add. Blind is the only skull to appear on any difficulty. Interestingly enough the assassins skull appears on heroic and legendary. Except that when the assassins skull is found on heroic the invisible elites aren't present and there is no effect taking the skull.
