Clip of apparent string in the Quives Alien footage

I just ran across this video 2ight, and to be honest, it kinda freaked me out. A few years ago, my wife and I saw 2 black stick figure things run across the road after an event. I thought i was just tired, but my wife and I both stetched out a pic...and they were the same...so she saw it too. Hoax or not...thats what it looked like except it was taller, and black. Still freaks me out to this day, and I am STILL trying to figure out what it was.
