Obviously after you watch the movie it's going to look like it's given away most of the plot. I just watched this movie yesterday and after watching the trailer I can say it gives a pretty good idea of what the movie is about without giving away too much.

**Spoiler Alert** I think all those people in the photo album book and his hallucinations were in fact people he killed and part of his fun was putting makeup on them. I think this is made apparent when John doesn't become a new hallucination like with the others, since he was let go. The reason why he wasn't killed was because John had "something" to offer - the money. In the end the other detective who catches on to Warwick b/c of the picture, will probably end up being killed at the dinner.

Seriously people.. it is possible to have more than one psychological disorder you know. Obviously he is schitzophrenic since he's having a party with a bunch of people that don't exist but he has another disorder as well personally I would vouch for antisocial personality disorder since clearly he feels no remorse or discomfort in injuring his "guest" which definately isn't a side effect of schizophrenia.

It can include any number of things, in any sort of pattern... it creates different symptoms in each and every person. All I can say is that the behaviors the host displays are not part of schizophrenia. If I had to 'diagnose' this fictional character, I would say that he is a sociopath (superficial charm, grandiose sense of self, lack of realism, impulsive)
