  • back straight.. bum in .help each other stretch.put his leg on your shoulder.If you take 3 deep slow breaths on a stretch the oxygen will feed the muscle mass allowing you to stretch that lil bit further.try train side by side some people don't mirror well. enjoy watching your vids bro.

  • @Daisycutt3r thanks man. i was really good back in the day and use to do compactions and was even offered a spot as asst trainer to my sifu. this video was a few years after that and my back was already starting to go. i will get back there.
