at 15 sec. is that what they do to take pictures
so it dosent blur the bike from the back ground.
or is it a simple vertical jump competition?

Yes the phot at 15 sec. was a 'High Jump' competition. It got a bit gnarly for the riders when the bar went seriously high for the bravest!
