This track was on the maxi single for Whatever. Dissapointed that it wasn't on the EV3 album. I don't understand why they have real good tracks and it's not put on the album. Artists should have MORE input in their projects. Love the harmony, all four take lead, luv it!!!
Ok please send me this one too, lol, man you got all the good EV stuff, lol, just send me everything thats not on any of the albums lol. You know what I've never heard a song from them (when its the original members only) that I didnt like, honestly, The first 4 albums were damn near perfect
I agree! Even the songs I didn't like so much at first have grown on me. I love EV's style so much that I'm reluctant to listen to any other girl groups. The songs that didn't make EV's albums sound good to me. I LOVE everything about these girls!
Same here, with them its not about the beats and the rhythm, its about the voices, the style, and the sensuality. NO other group (next to the supremes) focused on that
ugh, you got that right. i just love their pitch, harmony, and love how they have the same outfits, but different styles, if you know what i mean. THESE ARE MY GIRLLLLLLLLLLZ!!!!!!
That's right it was the "B" side of the "Whatever" CD single the year was 1997, As a matter of fact they all wrote the song together collectively. It's a shame it didn't get promoted. Atlantic records dropped the bomb on this group...thanks to Slyvia Rhone!
LOL LOL I meant to say "dropped the ball" I apologize for my confusion. Sylvia Rhone (tne the vice president of Atlantic Record's Black Music Division) Felt that the group no longer was marketable as trio after dawn left, hence the COMMERICAL failures of both EV3 and Masterpiece Theatre 2 of the best albuns ever recorded...what a damn shame.
Can You please send me a copy of this if you still have it ? I've been searching for it forever

Sometimes I just feel like Dawn was such a donkey for leaving, especially if this could've made it on the EV3 album.

@da12nvmp I just realized that Dawn IS singing the second verse. I have always thought that Dawn and Terry sound alike sometimes.

OK, I think you already told me that
jj85585 3 years ago
This was recorded during EV3 in '97 and for some strange reason was released as an "unreleased" single along with 'Whatever'.
