  • Kim Jong Il needs to be killed to make NK a better country

  • @TangTuyetMinh

Absolutely disgusting comment, America needs to go back in time and not engage in a war against communism which tore the country in two, I am totally appalled that in this century you can say something that blind and ignorant, NK simply doesn't have the money to function like fully developed properly, and is still wore torn due to the atrociousness the western world caused in Korea, blind, stupid opinion which should not be considered valid, only evil and disgusting

  • @TangTuyetMinh

Especially assuming your profile information is true, and you actually live in Vietnam, you should know better about what the US wars against communism can do to a country, pathetic

  • i love that people underestamate it just gives a smile on my face.

  • the technology used to record this and the technology in the recording led me to believe this trip was in the 90s

  • Reasons Pyongyang shoots the videos for you:

It's an excuse to keep at least one eye on you all the time.

They have video record of you entering and leaving their country.

Keeps you from seeing what they prefer you not to see, or from disgracing national monuments by, say, cutting off the head of Dear Leader in your shot, thusly saving your life. So very nice of them in that respect.

  • North Korea isn't communist, it is a totalitarian state, no country has ever been communist, they only say that they are, while they have a leader, which defies the goals which Marx wrote about.

Communism is a great system, the world just isn't ready for it. Much like how the Greeks were democratic, but democracy didn't take hold until much later on.

  • SUPER gdzie się rezerwuje bilety

  • 1:28-this is a romanian train

  • thank christ i live in the UK next door across the pond from our American Cousins :-)

  • AH! Good u got to see DPRK tho I am bummed they didn't let u see the provincial towns. VIllage life in DPRK is quite charming in and by itself, tho I know they got hit hard by 1993 sanctions + drought. I just hope agrarian DPRK is back to its 1982 levels (when I visited). And hope some traveller will confirm someday.

I am not too worried about urban DPRK but more the villages and the provincial towns.

  • Imagine if Japan hadn't been defeated in WWII, they would have been just like this too

  • @LordXehenniar Yeah-- Japan is actually lucky they lost the war. Kinda weird but truth is stranger than fiction.

  • i like how they showed the same three persons smiling, while the rest looked sad! and how there was no people on the pictures xD

  • at 3:30 that n.korean guy said 'migook nom' directly translates to american bastards lol i bet u that white guy i see would have pissed his pants if he knew the situation

  • I took a similar trip, they offer a "camera man's" version of the events with the group. He basically follows you around and you have the option of buying the video afterwards. It's an old camera and it comes with some stock footage, as shown here. The beginning and music is in all of them. Oh the memories.

  • I enjoyed you sharing your video. But a few things stand out. North korea claims it is growing rapidly....yet the camera footage is horrible. Could it be becaue the camera itself is such low quality? You said a N. Korean man was taking the video--I assume HIS camera, not yours? The background music is too crazy, too patriotic, like a mockery. And in the buildings, where they signed the agreement, there is hardly anything in there! And no lights on in the building. Must have been bad!

  • ow, the last time i went there, i was nearly arrested for looking at a cop the wrong way

  • one of my dads close friends went to north korea just to see how it was. later he was arrested for being part of the U.S.M.C, they let him go when his passport was about to expire! he said the country was pure hell and the prison was no was 100x's worse than the country!

  • @theflea1123 nowadays if you go there you'd be captures and sent to a concentration camp

  • Airiang.????

  • allahu snackbar

  • lolz!!!

  • i love there lying so much and it said it was growing hahahahah ya right

  • @trigga1uk ---------->Many DPR 'fugees who fled to the South eventually become bummed and wish 4 DPRK life back. There's even a video youtube on disillusioned DPRK refugees in ROK.

    v=u0QVkf-B0qc

And when u try and interview a North Korean refugee in South Korea- u are watched by South Korean government minders 24-7. For non NATO countries ppls and press (ex: India) to get access, it is nearabout impossible. Our media was NEVER allowed to interview a DPRK 'fugee in da South...

  • @trigga1uk ------2---------->There are 2 classes of refugees in the DPRK to ROK. First class is the well connected kind, and the second class is your "Farmer Kim". The first class integrates pretty superb but not so the second.....

  • @trigga1uk --------->When u get the chance, I would recommend meeting a refugee from North Korea who has been in RoK for a long time, who didn't come from an affluent background from DPRK (like a colonel who fell out of favour etc). If u meet new entrants u would of course see only enthusiasm , and this is the crowd the RoK govt minders show u.

U are from UK? U should have more pull (hopefully) with the RoK govt minders than would an Indian.....I wish u speak to some soon as well.

  • & has a history of 5000 yrs....?!?!? yeah i wish i believe that... lolz

  • This is so funnny shit...

  • i agree its pretty funny that they hate us so much and we basically forgot about them. it's like kids fighting in middleschool. kim jong lll writes "i hate usa" and "i love china 4 ever" in his lisa frank notebooks!

  • The propaganda is making my eyes bleed.

  • Pretty funny! The English subtitles were great!

  • This is hilarious. I don't think it is supposed to be funny though. But the weird propaganda music from the 1950s makes me laugh the whole video long.
