  • i love your videos. Wish you & Jeff did them more often ;). I prefer this intro music btw lol ;)

  • @IglooGirl1 Thanks for tuning in. :) You're not the only one who didn't love the music in our past videos -- I thought it was kind of fun and quirky, but maybe I was the only one. :) (Jeff didn't like it either.) ;)

Stay tuned -- this is just one of MANY videos we'll be posting in the next month. These clips will also be included in an upcoming cooking DVD 2-disk set. thanks, igloogirl, and enjoy! xo

  • @vegancoach LOL, well....not that I HATED the previous music...just was like cheesy 70's music ;). So glad to hear more videos are coming. You 2 are awesome :D. May I request some recipes that are excellent to freeze & reheat? I have a bambino coming soon & would love to have recipes that reheat well, so we can eat healthy in the early weeks/months as we adjust to sleep deprivation ;) I think that's so cool you'll be having a DVD set :D

  • @IglooGirl1 Hi again. In my experience MOST vegan foods freeze and reheat well. If you're using containers with lids, be sure you leave enough room for expansion of liquids (such as soups). If you are using a food sealer, cooked broccoli emits a slight gas that could break the seal. If using tofu in a dish, freezing changes the texture so keep in mind the tofu will be more firm than it was before -- which can be great for things like burritos, but not so great for some sauces. :)
