Paul, 10/10 for this video. I enjoyed every minute of it. I gasped when a cruiser pulled right out in front of you. Well done to all concerned. Brilliant.
As a kid I used to stand on the bridge to see the tourists lose their windscreens, flag poles, lilos, rubber dingys and the rented telly (£4.00 a week) ,complete with arial into the ever decreasing depths of the Bure. That was before the new footbridge was built and even before the first Bailey bridge was fitted. Blissfull days.
Hi paul could you tell me how many seconds imbetween each shot please, was it about 3 second intervals during filming, i only ask as i have just purchased a time lapse camera and loved your video.
Hi, Thanks for viewing. The time lapse was set for one frame per second. This has the net result of speeding up the film to 25X normal speed at the normal frame rate is 25 frames/sec.
I hope this helps and that you enjoy making time lapse video's - they can add a new dimension to your filming.
excellent film and inspired choice of music. I'd love to see a similar one done on a summer Sunday morning - especially the Horning stretch when HSC are playing!!
Excellent time lapse film. really enjoyed it. Hope you enjoyed Fair Admiral...fine looking craft. We had Fair Diplomat earlier this year and had a great time.
@h20tgp Hi, Many thanks for your comment. Yes, we really enjoyed Fair Admiral, it was a pleasure to handle and really well equipped. It fits under Ludham bridge with only 5" to spare at low water - just a shame it can't go under Wroxham bridge. Great time though! Best wishes

Thanks for your comment! - Glad you liked it!
I really enjoy the Norfolk Broads - If I lived in Hoveton I would probably spend hours on the footbridge watching the near misses and bumps!
Perhaps this will be my next time lapse project when I come down next.
Best wishes.

Brilliant! Sadly, though, there are boaters who would travel at 80Mph if they could.
