Planning on ordering one of these soon, and slapping a Phenom II x4 965, 16GB of RAM, in it and adding a water cooler. Hoping to OC it from the stock 3.4ghz to 4.0ghz. Cannibalizing parts from my current PC (HDD's, the 2 week old Vid Card etc.) I should get a decent machine for about $380. Thanks for the video though, looking at images on a website doesn't compare to video.

I really need help i have speakers plugged into the green port on the back like the box said but it wont play and it says the default speaker is some s/pdif speaker and i cant fugure it out plzzzzzzzzzzzz help

@2k11fluffy the phenom yes You can, but you can not do sli on this board, for it the 790fx chipset does not support sli. If you want to make an amd system with sli you will need to buy a motherboard with the AM3+ socket that has a 990fx chipset.

@ownageman1240 Actually there is two fan headers, and you can connect the other fan by geting a 3pin to molex adapter so you can connect the other fan to your power supply.

@wodka450 yes, deff, but i would maybe reccomend oging with 4gb-6gb or RAM for gaming, and get the 6790, or 6850 graphics card.

@aMdReviews the 6770 is the best you can get at a low price, the 6850 or the 6790 are much more expensive plus theres not that much of a difference between them.

@MultiJosh2k9 yes it can technically, but. It will will run at pci express speed of 16x & 4x, if you buy a more expensive bored, the 2 cards will run 8x , 8x giving you more performence .
