And keep in mind that statistic of 1/3 of our world food is not accurate - other bee species are also pollinating - often doing the majority of the pollination.

By using pollen guns the male bee are overcompensating for lack of corbiculae (they have skinny legs which can't hold pollen). Female bees collect the pollen and nectar for the hive, male bees do not - male bees do not have corbiculae/pollen basket (part of the tibia on the hind legs). One of many reasons this movie may confuse children about bees. "You know, I don't even like honey! I don't eat it! & for your information, I prefer sugar-free, artificial sweeteners MADE BY MAN!
