Nihilum has never been active on the PTRs, why are they back on top in live now??? go read the nihilum website, even they are complaining about the PTR, the thing is PTR is not that important when it comes to top end guilds, because of it a lot of guilds got a head start on things, like taking Brutallus,Kalecgos world firsts from nihilum, but now the 2nd gate is down, you can really start to tell the best ones from the good ones

Well, Nihilum hasnt really done anything in 2.4 yet. Even on the test realm, they killed like 2 bosses of sunwell, and thats it.

As of this moment, as far as end game raiding goes, the most advanced guild is called Vis Maior. Theyve progressed the furthest in sunwell on the live realms (between the two). They also saw much more Sunwell content on the PTRs than Nihilum dude.

Yes and no, raiding in WoW pretty much has more to do with being able to follow commands than any actual twitch skill. It's more a game of memorization really.

Usually the 1 person a split second too late is because they fell asleep, were AFK without telling anyone, etc.

The real 'skill' in WoW is when you're at the premiere edge of raiding which, due to certain guild(s) releasing videos spoiling whole fights, is incredibly fine edge with few raiding guilds on it.
