because its simplly rubbish. You will have a little notification at the top telling you its "unregistered" and want you to pay and why would you pay when you can get Camtudio for free.
it is quite basic ..... but it looks alright afterwards i guess

I know you can do this in adobe flash ... You should be able to right click and press document properties
