Nobody would like or be shocked by this show unless you relate to its characters, we all know at least one or more. To say that this show has no relevance to educating young society about the realities of life, to say it promotes homophobia and racism, and then to say it should not be used to educate people about these issues, I think is missing the point of what teachers are trying to achieve by using this show to initiate discussion with teenagers about the difficult real issues they all face.

goodness gracious...some tv networks will sink to any level to get ratings. Summer Heights High is one of the best Aussie comedies EVER, along with the Chasers.
