It is from I, Mudd. Mudd escaped from prison, only to be taken prisoner by androids who want to serve him. He tricks the crew of the Enterprise to beam down. Jim plans to "take the Alices to Wonderland", and so gives them hypocritical information. Jim tells Chekov to stand at attention and then stand still. He jumps, thus confusing the androids. It's a pretty funny episode, especially with Mudd's wife.
