I'm not crazy about the "herringbone" diagonal seats on Virgin Atlantic, Jet (and Air Canada, Air NZ) - the window is behind you, if you're travelling with another person you can't see them (and if the other persons involved are your young kids, it freaks the out), and I do not want to go into a crash landing at 45 deg!
