@traintimmy Don't know GTA 4 but these helipads exist in reality. Wealthy individuals frequently make the flight that I recreated here in helicopters between these two pads.
@mrdistraction: it is included with Aerosoft Manhattan for FS9 and FSX. It also has the helipads elsewhere in the city. Other good videos on youtube using this great scenery. The last helipad, in the Hamptons, was made by me using ADE.

Whenever i try to use VTOL i just keep going forward until around 60 knots then it gains lift. Does it have anything to do with FSUIPC?
