I loved these groovies back then, and their awesome music. I was about 10. This one, Circles, and Mars Forever were my favorites. I loved that character-select thing this vid has, like at 1:45. It gives it this great video game feel. I miss CN's great stuff back then.

I think we should stop saying cartoon network is dead. We're just growing up and we think the cartoons now are lame, but in ten years our little brothers and sisters are going to be sounding like us and wanting Johnny Test and Regular Show back on air. Its just one big cycle.

@nat4u235 Couldn't agree more. I'm 21, but I think that people need to stop griping about how these great old shows have been canceled. Honestly, everyone would completely take it for granted if they were still making new episodes of Dexter's Lab or Cow and Chicken. Just look at The Simpsons... Besides, I like Adventure Time and Regular Show. I'm happy that CN still plays cool stuff (can't say the same for Nickelodeon) instead of just coasting off the success of their old stuff for 15 years.

no, it just so happened that the powerpuff gils were based off anime chibi characters, so the creators had a lot of japanese influence... hence, the marvelousness of japanese music with ppg was born.
