@deutschschoen They are just simple fishermen. I believe at first the Israeli navy said they could only fish with in 5 miles from shore, then 2 miles. This causes over fishing so close to shore so there are not many fish. Fishermen are still attacked although they are well inside the Israeli empossed 2 mile limit. That is why internationals are on the boats, to document these crimes. It is very hard not to see this as a form of ethnic cleansing. What other reason can there be?

Its quite normal and fully legal to use weapons to enforce territorial waters and pretty much all coastguards worth it salt does it. Particular those dealing with hostile neighbors. @deutschschoen They are just simple fishermen. I believe at first the Israeli navy said they could only fish with in 5 miles from shore, then 2 miles. This causes over fishing so close to shore so there are not many fish. Fishermen are still attacked although they are well inside the Israeli empossed 2 mile limit. That is why internationals are on the boats, to document these crimes. It is very hard not to see this as a form of ethnic cleansing. What other reason can there be?
