-the piper- Isaiah 11:9; NWTranslation (just the opposite of 911)

  • Anybody who exercises enough can be this fit, whether eating the human paleolithic diet or the monkey diet.

  • @baggytheo I exercise less than 1 hour per week. Do you think that is enough?

  • @BeYourPotential Yes, for someone who eats a diet relatively low in carbohydrates. Of course I have no idea how you define "exercise". For instance, durianrider claims that "how to get RIPPED doing NO EXERCISE" is to eat a 4000 calorie a day vegan diet like him, and then explains how runs and cycles two hours a day on most days. I highly doubt that you perform one hour or less of exercise weekly, by my definition of exercise, to maintain the level of physical fitness you exhibit in this video.

  • @baggytheo There's amazing changes you realize when you cut all the bad stuff from your diet, cut meat, processed foods, and dairy products out of your diet, no longer have your blood and sinuses all clogged up from the trash meat and dairy products bring and it makes a huge difference. There's 50 year old vegans with muscle and feeling good, if you would like to try the same route most people take, working out 4-5 times a week for hours to even attempt getting anywhere near fit have fun

  • @Tazzarinaa I agree about the processed foods and dairy products, but not natural meats. And for every vegan who is healthy and fit with good muscle tone at age 50, there are 100 who are wasting and distended with serious nutrient deficiencies.

  • @baggytheo Well it's their loss, there's a lot more people on other diets wasting away anyway. It's all up to the individual, there's plenty of sources out there to read and learn what your body needs and how it works, and just common sense should help an individual adjust and have a good diet while getting all the nutrition and vitamins needed to be healthy on a Vegan diet. Anyone going Vegan and not being aware and prepared for what the body needs is hurting themselves, just like meat eaters.

  • Looking great man! Congrats on your health and lifestyle. Keep spreading the good word. Are you 80/10/10?

  • @ecoSWAG1 Thanks. Not strict with it at the moment, but something similar.

  • wow man very nice great video fantastic efforts i hope the world will change someday very inspiring stuff

  • Inspiring. Thanks. I recently started a test run of eating raw and appreciate such motivating vids. However, I personally think the whole animal liberty thing is a bit too far. If all people went vegan, there'd still be just as much animal cruelty: wolves taking down deer, lions playing with their prey, etc. I'm not going raw for moral reasons. After all, God said to have dominion over all the creatures of the earth and Jesus said "See those sheep? Kill the healthiest one and eat it."

  • @tya04 Did god speak to you and say this? Bringing a bible written by man is the weakest thing to say toward any subject, no matter what it is. And there's tons of land being used toward raising cattle, which does nothing for us but make us sick and fat. It's different for animals and us, we have highly intelligent brains and the abundance to pick the best way to fuel our bodys. Eat a raw bloody dead animal and find out how sick you get doing it, carnivores have the digestive systems for it.

  • @Tazzarinaa I call the video inspiring and talk about my raw diet, so you start hurling fire and brimstone at me. You kiss your momma with that mouth, son? I hope your little rant helped your day shine a little brighter.

  • @tya04 I support what the subject was about, but then you went and put a man-made mind control religion as a scapegoat for people to eat unhealthy meat, which I just had to call out. Not trying to start an arguement, but it's youtube and was just my opinion on the subject. Hope your diet is going well and your health is improving though :)

  • @Tazzarinaa Oh, is that all? Pardon my growling, then. Going raw helped me get out and start jogging, lose weight, and stay alert. I was just calling out the BS in the vid implying humans are the sole cause of animal suffering or any of that peta crap. Now, calling the study of the bible a shallow brain-washing religion is in itself an attempt at brainwashing. You go worship your god/idol/chaos theory and I'll worship mine -- I won't even call your actions shallow, weak, or brain-washing.

  • @tya04 I'm just against lying to kids is all it is, but it was just my input. But for carnivores it's natural they would die without meat, they have the stomach to eat all that bacteria in raw meat and not get sick and perhaps die from it, we have no reason to eat meat, and at least for most of us in developed countrys we have abundance to pick from, meat isn't good for anything so animals do die for nothing. Glad your raw diet is working out though it definitely is a big and great change :)

  • Great video! You inspire me to do a workout routine as creative as yours. It seems strange to me to spend time at a gym. Whereas your gymnastics looks more like play! I have been raw for 11 months, and I get more and more inspired as I learn from long term raw foodies like you.

  • good video. honestly i'd love to be vegetarian / vegan, but i seriously just hate the taste of it all, give me a steak any day of the week ! it does bother me though that i am eating animals, its only started playing on me last few years.

  • @wesleytarbuck Do you *really* like the taste of steak, or do you just like its "taste" because of all the spices and sauces you probably drown it in? Also, the SMELL could be a factor too, because when I ate crockpotted meats, they tasted great when I ate what I ate immediately after removing the meat from the crock, but the same meats tasted bland when I ate them as leftovers. The only advantage plain meats have over plain grains is that they're quicker to eat because of caloric density.

  • @shinkajo your not goin to do a vid response you volture pickin ass hole !

  • @monellasweeting learn the fucking english language and then come back, idiot...

  • i am a keen gym user and was eating lots of meat ,dairy, grains and protein shakes with some salads ,fruits and vegetables, not alot tho. i tried to take in 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight trying to build muscle, i ended up with a very bad gut, bloated and felt like shit.when tensed up i could see my abs but when relaxed i had a beer like gut.now im eating alot of raw foods and green juices still some meat tho and i feel much much better

  • what does all this dancing around prove? That vegan is better than meat? I can do this and more, with meat. Find me one top athlete(real athlete...) who is vegan. I also took a look at your site, pretty bold claims there, you can cure cancer and AIDS?! Why am i only hearing of this now? Sorry but i think you are full of shit, i mean you have certified quacks like "Dr" Robert Young on your site... Also i have slaughtered animals, it's no big deal! It's natural to eat meat. Let the flaming begin..

  • @Shinkajo if you can do this then show me with a video response, or shut up! Carl Lewis is vegan. He was one of the top olympic athletes in the eighties with at least 4 olympic golds. I don't claim to be able to cure anything. you are the cure. You may think that I am full of shit metaphorically but you are literally full of shit if you are eating the carcasses of dead animals. You have to be completely disconnected from your heart to think that it is no big deal to take a life.

  • @BeYourPotentialI Maybe i will when spring comes. Carl Lewis was doped and an ancient athlete, that wouldn't fly today. "I don't claim to cure anything, you are the cure" really? A typical defensively constructed platitude, a la quacks. So you are not taking any responsibility? It's not YOUR methods that are faulty, when they don't work, it's the other persons fault? Humans(who are animals) have eaten meat for millennia, animals eat animals, it's natural, and you eat rotting compost, so?

  • @Shinkajo I appreciate you trolling, it helps with views. Thanks! ; )

  • @BeYourPotential yw :D

  • @BeYourPotential calm down,,, just let him...dont waste your energy....

greetings by a "lifestyle" friend ;) (from Germany) !!!!!

  • @Shinkajo Thats what you've been conditioned to belive. Humans can eat anything. But we have rounded jaws and long intestines. We are not meant to eat meat like bears, lions, wolves. Who eat they're meat raw straight up. Humanity has another chance to reverse our damages from our own ignorance. We did eat animals..for survival. For nessesity. Now we are just eating out of tastebuds. Which is sick. The human body is obviously a vegetarian body. You can see the results of meat in society.

  • @nextinline777 Well you are obviously no biologist. Did you know that chimps eat raw meat? Humans can and have eaten raw meat for a LONG time, but when we got smarter we came to the obvious conclusion that cooked meat > raw meat. We are on the top of the food chain and can do what we want. Society is way too oversentized nowadays. None of this nonsense existed in the 17th century, where people lived on farms and worked with animals day to day. Now you sit in your city, watching bamby and crying.

  • @Shinkajo Also, wouldn't you think that our body is that closer to a cows, horses.. goats body? We have large intestines, so everything we force our bodies to digest takes a long time to fully come out the other end. Our bodies need raw foods to make new cells in the body. & for proper function of those cells. You dont even need to be 100% raw natrual. Quinoa is a whole protein with the 8 essential omino acids. A cup of quinoa contains more usuable protein than 4 eggs. Not to mention its cheap!

  • @nextinline777 Yes, and i eat raw food too, and vegetables, but again, that is no reason to cut out meat which tastes much better. My grandfather, who is 91 years old, has never been sick in his life, who has been trough WW2, has eaten meat his whole life and is still very healthy and active. In the end it all comes down to genetics.

  • @nextinline777 All plants have a complete protein, just eat enough of it.. 3000 calories a day as a minimum for guys 2500 minimum for girls.. :)

  • @Shinkajo You need to look at the Olympic comitty recomended diet for athletes.. fact is most top athletes in order to compete go mostly vegan when the train.. they eat more and more plant based diets otherwise they will fall behind. The science is in, plant based diet is by far superior to a meat based diet, the only reason why you survive on meat is because of the vegetables you eat with it. Remove them and you wont last long. Also check out Walter J. Veith and "Life at its best"

  • @Mekelsior Here come the vegan "science". Ofc my diet is not 100% meat, but as far as i am concerned there is no legit reason to cut out meat entirely. I mean vegetarianism i can understand to an extent. But no fish? Milk? Eggs? That is just stupid. End then they come in with the bs moral arguments. It's all a bunch of feelgoodery. I don't support animal cruelty, but if you are concerned with that then there are other sources to get your meat from.

  • @Shinkajo Good that you see that vegetarianism has it`s advantages. Now if you look at Fish who is a collection of fat and toxins due to bio magnification and the recent spill out in Japan, you may reconsider. As for Milk, it is liquid meat filled with 80000+ puss cells, further more we are incapable of digesting it`s sugar, protein and what we have left is the fat, saturated oxydized. Egg is the same, saturated oxydized fat and hormones, it is after all the monthly cycle of the hen.

  • @Mekelsior Do you think that fat is unhealthy? Fat is essential for humans, in large quantities. 80000+, eh huh!? We have digestive systems to deal with things like that. Don't even get me started on Japan, it's a total non-factor and blown way out of proportion. We can't digest lactose, whey or casein? What the fuck are you talking about?? You are totally clueless. Seems that you are just quoting random shit without understanding anything.

  • @Shinkajo Check out people with medical degrees and phd then... maybe they are just as clueless? :) Dr John McDougall, Prof. Walter J. Veith (Watch Udderly Amazing) Most of us can`t digest lactose, the western world are able to, but not the galactose, which becomes a foreign substance in our blood. I wish you all the best, and perhaps you should stop eating so much meat, so you get less agressive in your posts? :)

  • @Mekelsior A few doctors are not going to change anything, it doesn't mean that you are right by default. I have a phd in engineering, my mom is a medical doctor, i know where she stands lol. In nutrition you can find a study that contradicts about any other study. It's not exact science. I don't personally know a single person(friend or relative) who is lactose intolerant. Newsflash, we can metabolize galactose, furthermore our own body synthesizes it, so how exactly is it a "foreign substance"

  • @Shinkajo Just watch the presentation "Udderly Amazing" By Walter J. Veith, you will see my point of view presented there. I`m sure there are many that disagree with him but I have no reason to doubt it, McDougall, Neil Bernard, Esselstyn and others agree as well. If you look at track records you see that chronic diseases are not the medical worlds strongest side, this is where nutrition and prevention comes into play.

  • @Shinkaj Try reading "The China Study", watch "Forks Over Knives", "Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days", read or watch "Healing Cancer From Inside Out" by Mike Anderson. Real cures come from being the healthiest we can. Not from suppressing symptoms. Millennia is only a tiny fraction of of our billions of years of history. Carnivorous animals eat uncooked animals. Herbivores eat grass & grains. Primates eat uncooked fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Like you say it's natural.

  • @Shinkajo

    watch this video

    VEGAN BODYBUILDING

  • @Shinkajo Rape and genocide have happened for millennia, they are natural. Is it right? You have no argument.

  • @LuckynumberSlevin11 well neither do you, equating HUMAN rape and genocide to mindless animals?

  • @Shinkajo I made a comparison not an equation.

    Definition of COMPARISON

: the act or process of comparing: as the representing of one thing or person as similar to or like another.

I did not make an argument either.

    Did you go to school?

  • @LuckynumberSlevin11 nope, i'm just a stupid meat eating rapist and murderer

  • @Shinkajo So you never won trophies at school for being the most improved debater in your class. I'm surprised for someone with an apparent mental disability you have a reasonable grasp of logic and reason. Well done.

  • @LuckynumberSlevin11 well sorry, not everyone can be master intellectuals like you, as i never claimed to be, but i try in my own special way :(

  • @Shinkajo One need not be a master intellect to be able to think and argue critically.

  • @Shinkajo "Human's have done it forever" is a really weak argument to make, think about it. Animals are sentient beings. Kantian or Utilitarian, the ethics behind our relationships with animals is terrible. Its better for your body, that thrives in an alkaline environment, and better for the planet to go vegan. Read "The China Study" for some homework. You don't know everything and you look like an ass. You need an empty room, a mirror, and a bag of mushrooms to check that ego of yours.

  • @BeYourPotential thats rite mat that guy is an volture picking ass wipe dont worry about that quak! and you know what he is not doin a vid response lol

  • @BeYourPotential - DITTO! Very inspiring video - Shinkajo is purely full of shit, just another sad hater. Keep it up Matt!

  • @BeYourPotential Carl Lewis was not a vegan during his Olympic career, and he also tested positive for 3 banned stimulants during the 1998 Olympic Games in Seoul. If you feel that eating meat is wrong, and decide not to consume animal products, good for you; but don't propagate misinformation by stating that a vegan diet is more healthy for active individuals than a balanced diet consisting of meat and vegetation.

  • @Shinkajo mike tyson is vegan, mac danzig, strongest man of germany is vegetarian going to be vegan soon, and there was some vegan winer of the worldchampionchips in bodybuilding... this doesnt proof that vegan is better but it DOES proof that you can compete with the best on this planet without killing animals... eating meat may be "natural" but breed animals and torture them is NOT. Nvm do what u want

  • @Shinkajo

You can find top athletes by using something called Google. And define "real athlete," please. Is there such a thing as a fake athlete :P?

  • @Shinkajo Find me one real vegan athlete. How about all the Ethiopians. You are correct eating meat is natural... FOR CARNIVORES. Humans are not carnivores. Humans are not carnivores. To eat meat you have to process it, store it, cook and prepare it in all special ways just so you don't get ill and diseased. Waaaay natural buddy

  • @Shinkajo

This video Proves that NO ONE " needs " animal foods to be athletic, fit , healthy and strong.

Go Research Dr. Herbert Shelton, he had people from around the world traveling to his famous Natural Health Center in TX to cure all sorts of major diseases starting in the 1930s !!!!

no offense , but intellectually speakin you are way behind the curve and sound utterly clueless .

  • where do you live?

  • The music sounds like U2's "Magnificent". Am I right?

  • @LloydChristmas777 Yes. : )

  • wow your strong

  • Great video Matt. Keep up the great work!

  • In high action and drama movies there's usually a scene where a person is hanging on a cliff. Every time you do those pull ups on the concrete ledge I think of hanging from a cliff. At least you would survive! :D

  • amazing core strength! keep the inspiration up

  • Hi Matthew. Your videos are awesome. I was wondering--does it take time to get used to not feeling full after eating only plant-based foods? I am trying very hard to be vegan, but my stomach just doesn't feel the same--like something is missing. I eat a good mix of grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, veggies, and tofu. I hope this is temporary!

  • @pyroprince78 Everything in this dimension is temporary. : ) It can take a while to transition. On a mental and emotional level you can ask yourself what hole have you been trying to fill? As you clean up your diet more and more different things will show up for release as you start to become lighter and lighter. Look at all the benefits for not feeling full. No more heaviness, sedated lethargic feeling etc. These days i can feel 'full' or satiated after eating a salad. Keep going!!

  • @BeYourPotential Thank you for your insight and encouragement. I will continue trying. I guess it's a matter of training the mind-body connection. Cheers!

  • what a great friggin video with wonderfull words of wisdom

  • 2:30 how hard is that to do? i would really like to know how to train for it cause i would love to incorporate that in my freerunning.

    hopefully you will respond

    cheers

  • @Ge4rsofWar Start with a basic handstand and flip onto your feet and when you have that weighed off then start jumping into it. practice on grass or mats!

  • A dose of daily viewing for extreme inspiration! The phrase 'awe-inspiring' doesn't even come close.

    Thank you.

  • @HowToLoseWeightFast Thank you for saying and you are very welcome! : )

  • This is so awesome, Matthew!

  • @lucamanni88 Thanks! the song is Beautiful from U2

  • RAWSOME!

  • You are quite Bruce Lee-like with the moves at 4:47 and 6:36

  • @BTuan1 I was a big fan of Bruce when I was a kid. Check out the video that is going up later today #82 where I display some more Bruce Lee moves! Your comment is much appreciated! : )

  • Wow man... incredible. Thank you very much for making this vid it's inspiring :)

  • @hoppimike My pleasure! : )

  • can you imagine how much stronger he could be if he ate like a man?

  • @xeamus I guess you mean by eating meat and dairy? I used to eat animal products and it did nothing more for my strength. It just gave me health problems and joint weakness.

  • @xeamus Obviously u know nothing

  • @xeamus Funny how two people can look at this video so differently. For health reasons, I just recently gave up bread, meat, and dairy and am now on a plant-based diet. I didn't realize that you could be a vegan and still achieve this degree of muscle tone. Thanks for posting this video, Matt. I look forward to viewing your other videos.

  • @MrRibby88 Thanks! : ) check out veganbodybuilding*com to stretch your beliefs even further.

  • great video!! raw vegan is definitely the way to go!!! nice to see someone from Ireland on here - and great choice of music - U2 - love this song!!!

  • Hi, Also try That new intellectus 424 diet (Google it). Me and my wife lost a load of unwanted fat best result ever.

  • You are the poster child of health and discipline, I thank you and victoria for your hard work and time putting these videos together. DONT STOP ;)

  • @ykb946 thank you very much for your kind and encouraging words. We really appreciate them! : )

  • @cshobe Cool, thanks again! : )

  • I appreciate it if you want to lead a vegan lifestyle, but how is eating raw any better than eating cooked food? Surely, as studies have shown we're more able to digest cooked food and gain calories from it more easliy, it makes no sense to eat everything raw?

  • @CosmicTeapotGirl Most of our digestion should happen in the mouth before swallowing. When we eat cooked food our body has to produce enzymes to break this food down. This utilises a lot of the body's energy that could be better used. As we age our ability to produce these enzymes lessens. Raw live food already contains the necessary enzymes to aid digestion, assimilation and absorption giving the body what it needs!

  • OH MY! That is ONE TOUGH VEGAN!! Y E S )))))))

  • U can be strong all u want from not eating meat but no matter how hard u train or workout u'll still be frail.... prime example in this video

  • @Snod323 ehh I am not training for size. I am a martial artist and train for functionality. if you would like your little myth shattered, check out veganbodybuilding*com .

  • @BeYourPotential Also? You're not frail. At all.

  • @BeYourPotential im not hating... thats great that ur in that good of shape with a strong core, its impressive to say the least.. but thats no myth.. i mean u can get big and still will be strong but without a meat intake ur body isnt gonna hold up as well.. aka frail

  • @Snod323 Thanks! Meat makes your body weaker. That has been my experience and is especialy true for the joints and bones. The acidity in the meat leeches calcium from bones and joints making them more brittle and prone to injury. The meat eating body builders that I know are constantly battling with injury and illness.

  • @RomneyPHONY It seems like you never heard of metabolic typing but anyways see you at the gym....

  • as much as i liked this video i still know that you would be way more stronger and bigger if you ate healthy organic grass fed meat together with drinking raw eggs(organic*).

  • @dbloodline Thanks! I used to eat meat and drink raw organic eggs, but it did not improve my performance. What makes me stronger is knowing that I don't have to take the life from another creature to be strong. The number 1 strength to cultivate is strength of heart.

  • @dbloodline He would be bigger if he trained to gain mass....he is strength training...

  • @yahosna40x And how does one eat to gain mass being a vegan according to you ?

  • @dbloodline The same way a non vegan would my friend.....You really should do some real research...laff

  • @yahosna40x What a dumb ass answer...

  • @dbloodline You are asking a silly question. If I wanted to gain mass I would train like the guys down in Golds Gym do. Hit 2 major muscle groups a day. Around 12 sets per group of 8-10 reps high intensity going to mmf. 90 seconds rest between sets.Mix in some super sets and drop sets. Gaining mass is fairly straight forward.

  • @BeYourPotential And the amount of calories you eat daily have nothing to do with gaining mass huh ? It shows how little you know about buddy... To make a long story shorter, you was not able to answer my question.

  • @dbloodline Sure it does, you just eat more calories. Its really quite simple. There are plenty of calories in bananas, avocados, nuts, seeds. the bottom line is that you don't need to harm any other animals, that's just programming and I appreciate its not easy to get out of. I ate 2 raw eggs a day for years thinking i needed them and when i stopped my performance actually improved.

  • @dbloodline How is that a dumb ass answer? When lifting/exercising what sorts of things would you do to build mass as opposed to building strength and toning? They would be the same for a SAD eater as they would be for a raw vegan....but if you just want to insult instead of converse ...have fun.

  • @dbloodline sorry man your just plain wrong.

  • @pac0re Explain your point buddy, don't just tell people they are wrong.... oh and by the way my diet is currently raw vegan just so you know.

  • Great stuff Matthew,Im very impressed and motivated to work better(not harder) for our small brothers so thank you and wish you best for everything you do!

  • VERY INSPIRING!

  • @dberisford Thank you! : )

  • BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVVOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @adrygarcia Thanks : )

  • The decaying sheep is what provides the energy for the seed to become an oak

  • @SaugaTricks I think you will find that it is water and minerals from the soil that allows the seed to grow and also the sun when it gets above ground.

  • are you married? ;-)

  • awesome video!

  • @TheAnimalHolocaust Thank you, much appreciated.

  • thank you for this awesome inspiring Video MAtthew! :))

  • @0wenfox Thanks Owen, much appreciated! : )

  • Bravo Mathew... I appreciate this wisdom and being a vegetarian Meditator, I can relate a lot with this. I feel this must be propagated at a war footing rather than just an inspiration. This is also a key factor in reducing CO2 emissions on the planet. keep up the good work.

  • @tallleo1 Thanks very much, much appreciated! What do you mean by a war footing?

  • @BeYourPotential war footing means one must do it with a sense of urgency as in a war since the planet is close to breathing it's last. Being veg can save a lot of green house emissions. Also to rear animals we need lots of water that is equally scarce. Being veg means living right !!

  • @tallleo1 yes absolutely, I agree! I had never heard the term before. Thanks!

  • This video is so human.

Doesn't make sense, but it seems right. :D

  • Wow, someone who consumes meat could NEVER do these things!!

    Oh, wait, yes they could.

  • @glowerpower You are missing the point. My friends used to tell me that all vegans heads drooped to one side as they had lost the use of the muscles in their neck. The point of the video is to demonstrate that you can be vegan and be healthy, fit and strong. There are no excuses for torturing and killing animals. It is an unnecessary program that is in the minds of the masses.

  • 4:51 I get goosebumps :P

    Great work Matt, an inspiration.

  • @derekhowlettdotcom Thank you Derek, much appreciated! : )

  • That´s such an inspiring/awesome video! I love seeing myths debunked & charismatic individuals pursuing life to the fullest :)

  • @NomadicSamuel Thanks much appreciated Samuel : )

  • 2:14-2:34 = ballin! i want to learn how to do that!

    *subbed*

  • @StopmeatGoveg Start with handstands and flipping to the feet and progress from there. Cheers!

  • the leonardo de vinci quote blew my mind.

    very very very strong...

    2:53

  • @underdune Yep! : )

  • Call me an optimist, Matt, but I believe we are entering an age where our crusade will gain momentum. I'm stunned by the number of committed meat eaters around me who are giving it up. Is it any wonder that so many great minds have pointed us in this direction. For those consuming animal products, don't delude yourself by thinking that you are exercising your freedom - for you indulge in a practice which truly enslaves you. Peace - Mike

  • @Rawgasmic Nice words, I agree!

  • great quotes!

  • @DrSeptember Great quotes from great people!

  • thank you for that quote about veal calves. A truly transformative fact for vegetarians to undersatnd about the dairy industry.

  • @ZeBeFruity It was that quote that turned me from vegetarianism to veganism. The whole video is my journey of understanding.

  • I've seen both your torso video they are really helping me

  • @awsumremakedude Glad to be of service!

  • I think I know what your trying to do in this video and let me just say.Bravo.

  • @awsumremakedude Thanks much appreciated!: )

  • Thank you for this video Matthew! I liked your facebook page as well, but can't find the "welcome" button to click. Where is it located? Thanks for all your great work and for being such a wonderful role model!

  • @1V33 Thanks very much! I have changed my FB page now and the offer or welcome button is no longer there.

  • such an inspiring video ... thank you so much... day 8 of lfrv here and i want to get back into exercise when my hand has healed... your video will be excellent motivation... :)

  • @lukemur13 Awesome, let me know how you get on!

  • @lukemur13 Great stuff! We all need motivation : )

  • Really nice, I am sure you do not smoke either, you are special, not everybody can do as you do. I mean the diet...and the exercices, thanks. To control one's mind and tongue is quite arduous. Congratulations

  • @MsNarayani Thanks very much. If you did everything that you are capable of you would literally astound yourself. Belief is the key. Namaste.

  • Really nice, I am sure you do not smoke either

  • @MsNarayani I have cut it down to 20 a day!!! : D

  • Wow Matthew the mother of all videos excellent !!! I have to post this one on my new blog :-)

  • @arisspublications Thank you my friend, much appreciated : )

  • GREAT & INSPIRING, Matthew !

After being a Vegan/Veggie for years (decades!),

my B-12 levels were becoming very depleted.

Many Vegans find themselves in this predicament after so many years of Veganism.

I allow myself some occasional dairy as a B-12 source .

I have not found an alternative to this solution to keep my B-12 levels up.

    I hope you do.

    GOD BLESS !

  • @NikkiVideo Thanks! : ) How is the lack of b-12 showing up? How do you know it is b12 you are lacking? There is b12 in kombucha tea which I brew ocassionally.

  • @BeYourPotential : Blood tests for levels of Vitamin B-12. Better cognitive function, stamina, Adrenal hormonal balance after B-12 Supplementation.

  • @NikkiVideo Hey....well like I said Kombucha contains B12 and B12 is also produced in the colon and mucosa of healthy humans. meat and dairy eaters as well as vegans suffer with B12 defficiency and the problem is not, not getting enough of it but being able to produce it as well as absorb it. Eating a high fat diet can inhibit it and also eating non organic produce. continued...
