no ics because this is maded for people who can't afford s2 or nexus and if it has got ics it would be expencive

It should be able to be upgraded to ics quite easily because of the dual cores

@3kdark Yes but it's not so consumer friendly for new users to first have to learn Gingerbread and then after a while learn ICS.
