What's the best 15 inch pc laptop, macs r to expensive I need one for college next year. I looked at the Dell studio 15, and the Sony vaio.

I dont think you actually charge it FULLY not even 1000 times in all it's lifetime.

Ok well, lets say you use the whole battery up every day and charge it every day, which I highly doubt will happen. Even then the battery will last 2.7 years before the battery starts to not charge up AS MUCH. It will still work, but the battery will slowly start taking less charge. But if we say that you charge it fully every three days, which is still relatively unlikely. Then it would last 8.2 years! Hope this has helped :-)

I found a pc that has 1gb graphics witch is four times more than the 2.66 GHz macbook pro,the same processor and ram,biger hard drive, blu ray , better screen , fingerprint reader and all that for 450$ less than the macbook pro .Shuld i still buy tha macbook pro?

lol i got my laptop 2.8 with 4 gb almost 1800£ which is 2 much and now they having the new one with 3.0 lolz why iam always unlucky, lets wait maybe anew macbook will come in the new year ^^ really apple cant wait for the snow os ^^

i work at a non profit video production place and we get them for 1200, the 2.8 ghz new ones. lol what a joke, then i can sell it in like 2 years and still make money

Pretty sure this guy is gay. The 15 inch is just too big and expensive. Lots of cheaper laptops with dedicated graphics at 1000, not 2000. It looks great but just not perfect.

im glad they moved to the SD slot (for my nikon d40x). however, many many professionals DID utilize the expresscard slot.

apple seems to be moving its pro features to the very high end of its MBP line and shifting its focus to consumers not prosumers.

the 17 is the only one that has the expresscard as well as the matte BTO option.
