All my Sons Moving Company Jobsite With Day Laborers

All My Sons moving company based out of Texas scratched EVERY piece of furniture I have. I've watched them move others here and am shocked!! It was the worst experience. I cried.

This company should sue you. You make an accusation with absolutely no proff but a video of a moving truck sitting at an apartment complex. If you had any courage to your conviction, why didnt you get out of your car and do some investigative journalism.....go confront them you chicken.

Actually this is but one of the videos taken from that day. The others show them picking up day laborers from the street. Also, I did confront the company by telephone when I was following them. They told me it was not their concern who this guy was hiring because he was being passed off as an independent contractor

bottom line your video proves nothing. it didnt show anything but a guy walking. this is a shot from someone who isnt onsite. go figure. im the mover in the video and we had to go back to pick up a DRESSER and go back to the shippers new address. looks like someone sucks at lying

How am I lying? There's more than one video. If it was you, I filmed you picking up a day laborer. I spoke with All my sons moving during the time I followed you, and they told me you WERE NOT picking up one of their employees. You could easily prove me wrong by showing proof that the day laborer you picked up was an employee that was covered under your workmans comp policy. Should be real easy, and that's why I'm guessing you'll beg off on that.

This video only proves that ALL moving companies utilize casual labor, especially during the peak season. If there is a moving company that tells you that they have NEVER used casual labor.....RUN! The smallest and the biggest moving companies use casual labor. You appear to have an ax to grind against AMS. Pathetic.
