@MrChalky129 actually mrchalky, your right, this is a clone, but this game follows the good side ending, when he fights the emperor and saves his friends...in that ending the original star killer dies by a massive explosion cause by the lightning of the emperor and starkillers lightning. and starkiller never gets killed in the darkside ending, the ship doesnt kill him, he just gets enslaved by the emperor cause he needed another darth vader. sorry for huge explanation

All of the first clones became insane, but finally they made it and Starkiller had been cloned succesfully. But at his time on Kamino, while trained by Vader, he experiences memories from a live he cannot remeber. So he manages to escape and starts looking for General Kota.

And on the same token, you could find a natural crystal that is better attuned to you, or more "powerful." But why would a Sith take the time to do so? And use a Crystal that was created beyond their own control? Something made by something else? Psh.
