@miloootic You know that football doesnt need upper-body movement at all (except the very lowest part of your chest. Increases your stamina etc.) and so forth you cant compare his body to, for example, mine. But the muscle part you have correct there. I never really "Trained" as in leg presses or anything like that. Just running after ball, stretching, more running, ending excercise, shower, healthy meal. With just that you get huge thighs, calves(i think thats the plural) and good 6-pack.
