if you watch the other video closely you see teh 6 but he spins through the grass and doesnt hit anything so he would be able to get back into it and crash in this video.

#6 red car spun during Ward Burton flip and got airborne about 2 feet so that crash was double airborne but in Ward's flip video, i see a red #6 car and he was airborne for 3 second and got down, spinning
Randy could have replaced an injured or ill driver after his 1st wreck, similar to how Denny Hamlin and David Gilliland filled in for Kyle Busch at Auto Club Speedway last season
The official standings have the #6 listed as Tommy Houston so it's possible he might have started the race and needed to get out for some reason and they could've asked LaJoie to take it over. That's about all I can think of.
Randy was listed as finishing 34th in the #64 DuraLube car on lap 10.

LaJoie took over for Tommy Houston. After Houston was involved in the Burton wreck, the damage allowed fumes to get in the car, making Houston sick.

tommy houston was sick, and randy was crashed so randy filled in for houston..
intresting note when ward burton flipped theres one angle that shows tommy houston (before he was relieved) got airbourne a little bit
