heres afunny and True tale back in the 80s me and a freind went to a drive in at marysville I had snuck my friend in the trunk cause we needed the extra funds for snacks we were low on gas he said shouldnt we get some? I said then what will we have left for snacks? and guess what I ran out of gas Just as I started to pull up to the ticket booth:P ah the fun memories
why the hell can't we ever have food like this in the theatures? I want to eat hamburgers, taco salad ect while watching a 3d movie, all we get now that is hot food is nachos which suck and hotdogs and popcorn, I sneak in my own candy and stuff because they overprice their stuff, Something I can get at the gas station that costs 1 buck costs 5 bucks at the theature
@Airking11 At a drive-in the food is still reasonable. I think last year at the I-70 drive-in in Kansas City MO a large popcorn was maybe $2.50 or $3.00.
I've worked at two drive-ins in the past, and you would not believe how many people would forget to hang their speaker back up and drive off - despite that warning!

@neversmiling Wow, some people are just...ugh >_< I've never been to a drive-in, but I want to! :D
OhJeiArh 1 year ago
@neversmiling That's probably why most drive-ins have micropower FM transmitters for the soundtrack and did away with the speakers.
