  • My Dream... To go to the 50's

  • That old ad for Dairy Queen must have been made in the 50s; I didn't know Dairy Queen was around then!

  • thanks man.. this takes me waaaaaaay back...

  • That corn dog ad looked like it had green stripes throughout. That pizza looked good

  • the corn dog! hahahahaha

  • In the 70s I went to these drive ins in my pjs those were thedays just pack up the kidsand watch a movie

  • heres afunny and True tale back in the 80s me and a freind went to a drive in at marysville I had snuck my friend in the trunk cause we needed the extra funds for snacks we were low on gas he said shouldnt we get some? I said then what will we have left for snacks? and guess what I ran out of gas Just as I started to pull up to the ticket booth:P ah the fun memories

  • drive ins and regular theateres were so much cooler back in the day

  • why the hell can't we ever have food like this in the theatures? I want to eat hamburgers, taco salad ect while watching a 3d movie, all we get now that is hot food is nachos which suck and hotdogs and popcorn, I sneak in my own candy and stuff because they overprice their stuff, Something I can get at the gas station that costs 1 buck costs 5 bucks at the theature

  • @Airking11 At a drive-in the food is still reasonable. I think last year at the I-70 drive-in in Kansas City MO a large popcorn was maybe $2.50 or $3.00.

  • What happened to the concession stands of yesteryear???

  • lol, "plump juicy weiners are dipped in southern style corn batter" That's the wrongest thing I have heard in a commercial XD

  • @Airking11 It truly was a magical time back then!!

  • lol watch out for the kiddies

  • the corn..dog

  • Surely, I wasn't the only one who heard Thurl Ravenscroft sing during the Buttercup Popcorn ad

  • Wow, ice cream quarts, lol.

  • This is sooo cool! I love old commercials and this has a bunch of them!

  • I've worked at two drive-ins in the past, and you would not believe how many people would forget to hang their speaker back up and drive off - despite that warning!

  • @neversmiling Wow, some people are just...ugh >_< I've never been to a drive-in, but I want to! :D

  • @neversmiling That's probably why most drive-ins have micropower FM transmitters for the soundtrack and did away with the speakers.

  • i love watching these! keep em cuming!
