Ghost is dead. He is not in the campaign I have completed it. And some Spoilers may be ahead but everyone dies but Price and Nikolai. Ghost is not Wallcroft, just the same voice actor. The Modern warfare series is over now, and that was it. Makarov dies and that was it, its over. I loved ghost but i hate to say that he is dead.

1. In the start of the mission they talk about why they wear FIRE PROOF vests.

2. As you can see Roach does not die instantly, as he was stabbed by a knife which would cause more blood loss. And while being burned Roach (You) still stares at Shepard.

3. Ghost was alive, but it was revealed that he was killed in MW3. So yes he survived but he died later.

ok here is the entire story gaz was shot in the back with that deagle not in the head he lived and became ghost. ghost got shot in the chest/stomach/or shoulder fell unconscious and was put by roach in that burn pit. gasoline was only put on roach since Shepard thought ghost was dead and knew roach was alive and in the begging of the mission ghost said "why do we have to wear fire proof vest" and during the burning scene soap called ghost radio scalling ghost gaz so there proof hes gaz

I'm sorry for you fans but Ghost is dead and I can explain. The gas was only poured on Roach but his left arm was touching Ghost so the fire could pass by their clothing. You should have noticed that when they threw Ghost on the ditch, you couldn't see his eyes.Oh and about the sniper team, they can't do anything. Even if they could drag their bodies, they would still be on fire and they don't have a fire extinguisher. On the radio you can also hear that the SC found 2 snipers.
