  • Looks like Drunk Talks like drunk Walks like a Drunk Is a Drunk

  • Bro, Max baucus is shitfaced drunk. You are either a liar or you are high to claim otherwise.

  • remember the good old days when you tube was like it was on the vid in this vid ,if you know what i mean ..

  • If that's his demeanor on the floor, it's more frightening if he isn't drunk! What good points . . . he's rambling. And if I can't drive while intoxicated, why in the hell should we accept politicians attempting to develop legislation do so while intoxicated. That explains on hell of a lot. Maybe we should give a breathalyzer test to every elected official as they enter our sacred chambers. We might actually begin to see a lessening in the financial rape of America.

  • Heeee ishhhh drunkendiosifpa I woulddd sshaa. uipp.

  • were you drunk when you filmed this? if you take your "apparent" reasons that he inst drunk and the facts that he is drunk and look at them side by side its obvious

    that he was.

  • He's drunk. If he is not drunk, he's a lier.

  • Blacks just can't say anything negative about the Plantation Owners...even when it's obvious....good slave, good slave!

  • No. your just stupid.

  • he's drunk.

  • dude, ur dreamin' #LMAO

  • I ain't drunk. I'm just drinking.

  • Oh God he is stinken Drunk maybe a alcoholic A drunk can make points . Let's take a breath test and drug test to prove he is not drunk. They do it all jobs. why not people who are Senators and Congressman. Good try to say he wasnt drunk but I can see by his actions he was stinken drunk. How much did he pay you to say he wasnt drunk

  • he was totally drunk. sh*tfaced drunk. i'm surprised he didnt fall down and puke. this is coming from someone who has dealt with alcoholics in 28 day programs, etc

  • Idiot. He was drunker than a skunk. You are an idiot. If he is articulate and conherent, then you are white and that obviously isn't true.

  • Hey almighty predator

It's obvious that you don't know what your talking about and have WAY too much time on your hands. Why don't you get out of the basement and get some fresh air. It may help correct your attitude..

  • barf

  • @davevideo1 I hope you're planning to clean that up

  • 2 things are apparent from this:

    (1) Zennie is dumb as a rock

    (2) Baucus is drunk as a loon

  • @themarinerman (3) themarinerman is thick as a log

  • whats the matter with you? he is plastered!!

  • hmm....no, he's three sheets to the wind

  • Drunk as a loon

  • It's obvious where you stand on the issue of health care and the senator. It is equally obvious that you have not the education, training, or basic common sense to know when someone is impaired. Why you would post this, I don't know. Wait till November to see how many drunk democrats get to keep their jobs (let alone the number of reps that ignore the will of the people they represent)...

  • @TTIME55440 It's obvious where you stand on issues. You refuse to admit that the man isnt drunk because you don't like him or his politics. I'm not a Baucus fan at all after how he screwed up the process, but it's obvious that he isn't drunk. I've seen drunk people. You can't put together a thoughtful statement on a football game when you're drunk, let alone articulate everything that he did about the process that he and the other 5 senators went through. Stop lying for your own gain .

  • I don't know but one things for sure is that Zennie looks as if he's had lots of first hand experience with drinking and drunks so it he says Baucus is not drunk...well I'm inclined to believe him....so guess old Max Baucus must be on some sort of dope.

  • Hes drunk, stupid. Plain and simple. Hes always drunk. His points are shit not just because hes drunk but because its lies.

  • LMAO!!! You said he was very articulate. Right there, you've thrown away any credibility you had (if any at all). You can support your "world owes me a living" socialist programs without being a complete liar, Zeenie.

People like you need help, just like your drunk representatives.

  • @DennyDFW Maybe you don't understand the definition of the word "articulate". I've found that many righties don't understand what words mean, like "oligarchy" which they keep using for Obama when they mean tyrant (which isn't the same thing at all). Articulate means that he's able to make his point clearly. Someone drunk cannot do that. It's a fact. He made his points clearly. He stumbled over words, sure. He's old and tired, obviously. If you didn't understand him it's because you don't want to

  • @TheAlmightyPredator Wow! It took you that much to post that you completely do get it? I find it funny when people try to defend something that is obvious, like this. You are only wasting your time and making yourself look dumb in the process.

  • @TheAlmightyPredator ,

You dipshit. You obviously are a liberal lying piece of shit. Anyone that watched the video KNOWS this jerk is drunk.

  • If you watch this video and don't think that Baucus is drunk then you must be drunk yourself. He is shitfaced!

  • @MyTruths1 Learn the difference between a drunk and a tired, OLD man.

  • Zennie can suck off Max all he wants!

Max Baucus couldnt make a point to save his own life!

    and yours is?

But your support of him is such well spoken for a "darker" skinned negro! As Sen Harry Reid would have agreed with me upon, well spoken boy!

  • Time to Retire Max Baucus from the Senate.

  • If he is not drunk, he must be high on weed

  • I'd make a lot of great points too, if I were as drunk as Max Baucus.

  • Zennie........ can you crawl any further up Max's ass? Pretty obvious to see where you stand on the healthcare scam.........

  • Oh he better be drunk, otherwise he's just dumb cuz all he's doing is repeating himself, in a shaking way

  • Baucus is the pimp that tried getting his girlfriend, Melodee Hanes, a job as a US attorney of state.

With Ted Kennedy gone, someone has to take over as the new drunk.

  • Hes drunkern-a-skunk. Hes a belligerent drunkard that can hardly speak.

  • i never heared of this case befor.. but there be no way that sentor dude is drunk.

  • Wow!!! you need help

  • But, assuming you're right. . .it can be changed once again. That is called "the will of the people". . .and that too, is in ENGLISH!

  • He's drunker than a skunk. Typical, Liberal Democrat trying to justify an immoral action by one of his "people"

If this were a Republican, I would have demanded that he resign. If Spendocrats had any shred of dignity left they would tell this guy to quit.......

  • If you think the country does not need health care reform that is because you are, very likely, well & still paying premiums. Wait until you get sick and are dying & you have to fight with your insurance company as you fight for your life & then you may not like the present system so well. The insurance companies pay bonusses to staff that can find a reason not to pay!

Meanwhile, the CEO of United Healthcare makes nearly 1/2 MILLION EACH DAY.

Yeah, we need health care reform.

  • @gumpydoood You have missed the point. Yes sad story. Like all sad stories. I have sad stories too, you wanna hear them? Your story does not support your point. You are under the illusion that Health Care Reform somehow stops you from paying premiums. You need to recheck the legislation. Taxing the public to pay for incentives does nothing except add a middle man. HEALTH CARE IS NOT A RIGHT. Say it with me. It is an industry. A PRIVATE INDUSTRY.

  • @geeksquadgreg if you want to decrease premiums you need to work for solutions in the way medicine is practiced, not in the ways health insurance companies operate. Tat CEO deserves the 1/2 million a day for the ignorance of the people who support him. If you want real change you need proactive solutions, not to beg insurance companies to lower rates with incentives of money provided by tax hikes. Your cause is being twisted into the wrong solution. Ask yourself what the larger problem is.

  • The insurance industry actually adds NOTHING to the health care picture overall. They take over 20% off the top and give nothing back except a paper shuffle and the added chance that they simply will not pay.

  • @gumpydoood You are missing the point yet again grumpywontlistentologicdood. Your complaints are valid, however what they are proposing does not address these issues in the right way. Not only does it not address the issue in the right way, it has the real possibility to hurt the American people. "They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Ben Franklin, its even in English!

  • I'm tired that my car insurance is going up so I'm going to give my brother a bunch of money to go and convince them (being the insurance companies) to lower insurance rates. Or I could look for more proactive solutions like taking that money and looking for alternatives which come about in the free market, like a small car shop that does not charge as much. Now take this situation and apply it to health insurance

  • Hahaha. They are apples and oranges, geekwhowon'tlistentoreason. Health insurance companies often hold complete or near monopolies in their respective states. Not only is the choice limited, but one simply does not know if their company is going to foot the bill when it comes time to use it.

How will this bill "hurt the American people"? By ensuring that they get insurance regardless of pre-existing conditions & that the companies MUST PAY? Doesn't sound too bad to me.

  • Health care is not a right. But we can make it a right if we choose to. It's our decision. "E Pluribus Unim". Out of many, one. Not only is it the right thing to do but it is entreprennurial by it's very nature. No longer will some workers be stuck to the large corporation, toeing the corporate line to ensure adequate health care for their families, but this bill will allow them to do the work of their own choosing, including starting new businesses, where real jobs come from.

    It's our choice

  • The American public is not as dumb as the powers that be had hoped they were; they know what is happening here---do you?

  • Do a quick search for Max Baucus videos and listen to him talk. I did and in all those videos he never slurred his speech as bad as he does here. He's drunk.

  • I hear Baucus is starting a new political movement .. The Long Island Iced Tea Party! You can quote me ..

  • Zennie your a douche bag,the video originated from the senate. Sowhat if it was posted on a site you disagree with.Oama speaks well too but he is still full of shit.

  • He's a drunk....has been a drunk for years...and he's also an adulterer having many affairs. His latest fling -he gave his sweetie a 14,000.00 raise...she was his "aide".

No matter how you look at it, that's a high price to pay for a hooker.

  • Drunk or sober, he is still talking through his ass. Many Americans, including some who voted for Obama are very suspicious of his motives, I don't think its really about health care issues at all, I believe its about testing the waters to see just how far you can take things, and this health care issue is just to see if they get away with that, then they will take things one step further, until we will, eventually, end up becoming a socialist country if we allow them to keep pushing.

  • You've been watching way too much beck. Turn the clown off.

  • Who is Beck? Just joking, but seriously, I never watch him; watch O'Rilley once in awhile, until they start the arguing, which gets too loud and don't have patience for it; Ocassionally listen to Rush.

  • So what if he is drunk. . .if he is still coherent and making good points. It's irrelevant whether he is "drunk" or not.

  • Yeah, like a drunk driver thinks his driving is fine and he can hold a conversation...

  • He's a dimocrat---that speaks for itself.

  • Shut the fuck up, jackass. . .you had your eight years of failure under Bush. You have nothing to say now. . .the adults are at work.

  • OK, now that I have shut the ----up, will you? You have your opinion, I have mine, and never the two shall meet; your use of the language of vulgar says it all. I wish you peace, anyway.

  • awh did someone wake the baby? :( I can give you a lollypop if you want. Bush has NOTHING to do with a senator being drunk on the floor. ( typical liberal argument, or is it progressives you are calling yourselves these days) He is a Senator and he is drunk on the job, what job does that not get you fired?? These are not good points.

  • This is not bipartisan. X- wants Health Care Reform Y- does not want health care reform, x offers y the opportunity to write legislation on health care reform. This is not bipartisan, this is false logic. It is circular. I am going to do what everyone wants to do. So how do you guys wanna drive to arizona? This is a misstep. Real Bi-partisan would be debating on whether or not there should be Health Care reform not.. How we should go about Health Care reform. Open your eyes sheeple!

  • The Dems tried bipartisan health care reform. REMEMBER? The fucking idiotic republican party decided just to block. I live in Maryland & voted for republican Bob Erhlich. But the Dems blocked everything he tried to do as well. All of us should be pissed when our legislators will not work towards solutions. . .when they vote along party lines, regardless of the party.

  • gumpy, a politician is a politician, no matter the party they belong to; turn them upside down, they all look alike.

  • You are, for the most part, correct. The sole exeption may be the new and great Senator Al Franken. Youtube a few of his clips and see what he has/ is doing for the American people, including Native Americans. I believe he may go down as one of the greats.

  • I don't really care what party you are from. I am an independent first and foremost, ans secondly you are flat out wrong. "The Dems tried bipartisan health care reform. " That statement is an oxymoron. ..'The dems tried bipartisan democrat project' or ' The dems tried bipartisan partisan agenda' You are going one step too far. Real bipartisan legislation would involve debating the real need for ANY health care reform and the present moment at ALL, not how we should reform health care.

  • and* at the present moment* ( meaning, ' can we really afford such legislation/ is there a need for such legislation?')

  • health care? where in the constitution is the federal government allowed in health care?

  • @bboxett where in the constitution does it say the government can use computers? you're talking about a document that allowed slavery. dont act like its the bible. where in the constitution, for that matter, does it say that we should allow our nation to be ruled by corporations, multinational corporations who have no loyalty to any nation, or anything, but the almighty buck? it's the govs job to defend the country for enemies foreign and domestic. corps prove time and again they're an enemy.

  • so as long as you make "good points" then you are not drunk.........give me a break......you're a joke. do you have a life? wait, i don't care.

  • The senator was drunk as a skunk and anyone who defends him is a Leftist fool!

  • If you went in public like that they would call you drunk. And get you public intoxication. You don't need to stand up for the multi millionaire.

  • This was at 5:00 in the afternoon. The dude was s-faced. Actually, I'm gonna get totally Baucused on New Year's Eve. Cheers!

  • He's not drunk, he's pissed off at a point where speaking should resort to beating the idiot repubs with a baseball bat. I think he showed good reserve at holding himself back from beating the morons to death with a hammer. Way to go Baucus!

  • If he wasn't drunk, then he must have had a serious brain fart. Anyone with a mind capable of rational thought would not, actually, believe what he was saying. So, it must have been due to a brain fart. What nonsense!

  • uh, it seems to me that he's just trying (in a frustrating way) to explain that both dems and reps should work together on the bill, but the republicans were refusing to give any input into the bill. I can sense he's frustrated with the other side of the aisle. Why is that nonsense?

  • yerall, you could be right, but from my vantage point, it appears obvious that the Republicans are not interested in the health care change which is being presented, I get the feeling most people, including many Democrats, fear it may be the first of many changes which will not be in the best interest of Americans as a whole. My honest opinion is I hope for whatever is best, regardless of personal feelings. As to his being drunk---who knows for certain, and does it really matter?

  • I agree that both sides have opposing views. I can't understand how the republicans are against healthcare reform. Aren't they the least bit concerned that many americans are too poor to afford health insurance? Aren't they aware that ins. companies are jacking up their prices so that even people who COULD afford insurance are finding they just cant pay for it anymore? My insurance quadrupled in cost in a matter of 2 yrs. Thats insane. Im still getting the same insurance, why does it cost more?

  • 1) Health insurance is not a right. 2) I do not have health insurance. 3) Health care reform is not " lets make health care free for americans" it is more like " we can tax the american people to pay for their own health care and take some of that money off the top and use it for unrelated projects" In the end you are paying for health care either way, they just want it to be out of your taxes, whether you already have health care or not.

  • The federal government does not have the right to tax the american people for health insurance. Anyone who has read our constitution can see this. It is taxation without representation plain and simple. You want true health care reform? It doesnt come from government regulation. How would a middle man help the situation. Keep in mind Health insurance lobbyists are stationed in washington.

  • The bottom line is this. Do you want the government increasing your taxes to pay for health insurance when there isnt even a public option ( which is a good thing by the way considering a public option would destroy free market enterprise). What are those tax hikes going to pay? It doesnt provide health care. That money goes to incentives to health insurance companies to lower rates. It is a round about way of paying for insurance. It helps no one, except for politicians

  • who will take advantage of a new influ of tax money as a new option to pull "or borrow" funds to pay for projects. When this tax hike doesnt work they will say" health reform has been so successful we didn't anticipate how much money we would need so we will increase the budget ceiling for the project to help more americans" but what that really means is this " We are going to increase taxes again because we can pay the lean on the loan which is the borrowing of tax money" CONNECT THE DOTS!

  • My sister paid her insurance premiums for years and years. When her husband got sick, the premiums increased. As he got sicker, the premiums got higher & higher until they could no longer afford them. Yet they continued to pay exhorbitantly. They scraped and got by. Finally, he needed an operation. The company, rather than pay, bacnkrupted the health dicision, still writing other forms of insurance. At the last minute, she was able to land a government job & so, the gov. paid once again.

  • Yerall, I hear you, and we have the same problem with health care cost going up every year. The welfare system we already have in place for the poor should be improved, instead of creating a whole new system that forces everyone to use it or pay a fine. Many people, including some Democrats, just don't trust that the one they are trying to push on us is the right way to go.

  • Very articulate, logical thought pattern? He memorized his dialogue, had a few pops and that is the result.

    Open your eyes.

  • logical????

Ohh that's right, I almost forgot who I was talking too...no wonder you think THAT was logical

  • Good points. Thanks.

  • His silence speaks volumes, any other Senator would have stepped up by now and said I was not drunk and can prove it. But so far all I hear is crickets.

  • If he was drunk, he needs to get drunk more often.

  • I've read some of your stuff, I can see why you think that he is "very articulate putting together coherent sentences in a logical thought pattern".

  • Zennie needs some more Kool Aid.

PS-Don't ever fall in love with a politician!

  • I don't think he's drunk I think he is on coke.

  • This senator had a little too much egg nog.

  • He is either drunk or on crack!!

  • He always sounds about half-drunk to me ... maybe because he seems to have a bit of a stutter.

  • I kind of agree with zennie. My first instinct when I saw the original video was that he seemed like me when I've had too little sleep. I watched some of his other vids on YT, and he speaks like this at times. I'm not gonna accuse the guy unless there was more definite proof.

  • hes smashed

  • sure buddy, keep telling yourself that. Really, get yourself a friend with a nice white coat, and ask him to place you in a lovely padded room.

  • He looked more tired than drunk, to me. Max tends to gesture with his hands more than other senators(congressman kucinich does the same thing and at times looks drunk too). Baucus sounded tired and helpless, but not drunk.

  • Not drunk...hahahahahahhahaha...sorry, one sec. man, let me catch my breath. If.... hahahahhahahahahahaha....damn, not drunk....whew, OK I'm ready now. So, if...hahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • It took you nearly 3 mins to say that, in your opinion, he wasn't drunk.

Solid work man. Keep it up.

  • You are in denial. Even the Liberal Media is reporting he was drunk.

  • @bigdogsdontbark examples of who has reported that would be appreciated

  • Liberal hack. Bacus is drunk and stupid. Articulate?? What the hell are you talking about? You must be drunk. He is talking in circles just like his boss B.O. The GOP didn't get a word in on the debate and you know it.

  • Wow jus like a lib to try and deflect instead of seeing the truth.

  • Whats the point in comparing Max to himself in other videos? Just my opinion of course, but I just watched a decent amount of his videos and from my perception he probably has a problem with alcohol being intoxicated at different levels in different videos.

  • I've been a constituant of Max's for over thirty years and he has always talked like this. like he's thinking faster than he can talk. And it's worse when he gets excited. Sorry folks, but Max is not drunk. check out other vids on YT.

  • Valid points!? Puleez. He's ranting. He is nowhere close to bi-partisian. Dems completely left Repubs AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC out of this so-called health care reform fisaco! He is a hatefilled raging lib, all to typical in our day and age. And he SOUNDS drunk. Othsideile, sntrs? Repeat, repeat, repeat.

  • I don't know what is sadder, an obviously drunk senator on the senate floor, or someone who tries to explain it all away.

  • He is NOT NOT NOT drunk. All you have to do is compare this video to others on YouTube. When he reads his speech is fine; when he doesn't have notes, he seems to have a speech defect - almost a stutter or a person who used to stutter and has been taught to compensate - which, to the ignorant, sounds likes he's slurring over certain letters and also hesitates before certain word. Thanks for the defense. We arfe becoming such a cruel, hate-filled country.

  • He is fucking drunk!

  • hows that hope and change working out for you fool...barry soetoro is your hero, you are worse than drunk.

  • He's drunk! Looks and sounds like he's been hanging with my ex wife, except he still has his pants on! ; (. Let's get drunk why were destroying the country! Hee haa!

  • He's drunk.

  • you are an idiot

  • He even looks drunk if you watch it with no volume. He repeats himself over and over and over. He is either drunk or he took to many tanqs. You slur words differently when tired. I don't understand how this video offers any reasonable explanation for his behavior. Have you ever seen a drunk person??? They look and sound exactly like Baucus does in his video.

  • there were absolutely no valid points, he was slandering his fellow senators in which he accuses them of not being courageous. How is that a valid point?

  • Dude, if he got pulled over and sounded iike that, he'd have to take a sobriety test.

  • Oh he's not drunk??? How the fuck do you know

  • nice scientific analysis.

  • Zennie he is drunk

It looks like he was into the Christmas eggnog a bit early.

    Was he drunk?

    Yes

By the way, when you get tired you dont act like that, being tired tends to make you silly

A tired person will say silly things, but they dont slur as we see in this video.

However , to be sure I would have to watch for TMZ or some website that can do some checking and find out who was with the guy in the hours before he made this speech.

Chances are, someone will know what he was drinking.

  • He just wasn't drunk? Sorry, but you need to do better than that. I understand you may not want him to be drunk because he fits your idea of a good senator, but he still looks and sounds drunk to me.

  • lol... Hey Zennie... Denial is not a river in Egypt. Maybe you need an intervention. I'll leave it to the interventionists. Sheeesh. Get some help.

  • It may be true that Democrats intended to work with Republicans at very early stages, but once they learned there were stark differences, they all but shut Republicans out of the debate.

Republicans are at such a minority in Congress, that they have virtually no power. Health care is being pushed through by way of closed door meetings. Don't you think Republicans would want in on some of those? But they aren't there. Democrats don't want them there, because they know they don't need them.

  • Drunk as a skunk.

He should be charged with SWI [Stealing while Intoxicated].

  • I don't know if he was actually drunk, but he did look drunk enough so that if you saw that video with the title on it, you would just accept it as being true.

  • Zennie - say whatever your unbalanced self wants, just don't flip out and kill anyone.

  • Just look up baucus drunk on youtube and see his true colors. He is a drunkin liar.

  • I don't think he was drunk, but I live in Montana, and voted for this dickhead twice, and first he was against the single payer, then against the option. I don't think I'll be voting for him again.

  • Well, I'd like to thank the man for not stealing my money.

  • how the hell do you think he is not drunk. "He is very articluate" . hahah baucus is lying while he slurs his words trying to put together a sentence. I love how you cut in right when he is stuttering uh uh approach(sounds like obama)

The liberals had closed door meetings with your boy obama and wouldn't let Republicans touch this bill. I don't know about you but I wouldn't let this guy drive me home...

  • ya i seen that video too.. and i laughed at the title of it.. hes not drunk.. thats just what happens to your voice when you have that many focused people listening to your words.

  • You made some good points. I remember being in the Army and working a 36 hr straight shift; and when you are exhausted you do slur and sometimes, stagger a little from being tired. It's almost like being intoxicated especially if he caught a 20 or 30 min cat nap before going out there.

  • omg he is so drunk or drugged up big time

  • Im doing the first post dance !!!
