Many seem to claim that Rocky III (IV, V and Rocky Balboa) ain't much of movies. As a Rocky fan I can admit that these movies are quite "silly" and far from being "the greatest ever" in terms of being realistic or have excellent acting. But as you point out. It's ENTERTAINS. In terms of PURE entertainment.. it's hard to find a movie better than Rocky III. It has the funny quotes, emotion, music.. every thing to just make the time fly!

in the final fight between rocky and lang, the fight only goes through three rounds. Aren't there around 11 rounds in a boxing match? (back then i think it was 15 rounds) if so, then the final fight was pretty short.

I gotta admit this is the first review by james that wasn't great :( He didn't say anything about how rocky wasn't really trying at first when apollo was training him and then adrian gives that big speech and rocky comes back. That was a very big part of the movie and I'm not sure why james didn't mention it

The "Thunder lips" scene has to with inspiration for the first rocky, Chuck Wepner. Wepner wrestled "Andrei The Giant" in Japan. Supposedly the story goes that some time before the match Andrei forgot what they were suppose to do so he turned the match in to a "Shoot" where just about every thing that happened in that scene really happened
