I didn't know Scarlatti wrote organ sonatas until hearing the one in d (L 413) on a transoceanic flight. Wow! This is just as exuberant and dazzling. Thanks!
Well done, sir! Keyboard calisthenics if ever I saw them! At first I didn't recognise the piece, even though I have been listening to an old Archive LP of Ralph Kirkpatrick playing this and other Scarlatti sonatas, for more years than I care to say! The contrast between organ and harpsichord is fascinating; the first giving greater "depth" through the notes not trailing off once begun, and the latter giving sharp, crisp articulation and a more intimate presence.
My favorite Scarlatti sonata. Amazing performance, although I prefer it on harpsichord, this is wonderful also.

@bbbartolo It wasn't L 413--it was misidentified. But I guess I was lucky to hear it at all.
