  • I can't believe how much a Cup o' Joe costs these days, I've been roasting at home, got some good tips from coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com

  • nice irish accent lol

  • Pouring way to fast. Breaking the creama :( Otherwise, Mocha Latte is soooo gooood!

  • Darn! How many calories in one of those suggary babies !!!

  • I would do so many things to this woman's body after I've shown her how to make coffee properly. God Damn she's hot!!

  • Thanks Natalja! You are so sweet and awesome!

    Loves from Montreal!

  • You don't belong in coffee! We wonder why customers are misinformed about the coffee industy... This woman and her terrible instruction is why. Go work at Starbucks, where you can ruin drinks for snobs. Save the good coffee for people who care about good coffee. This is so sad.

  • @gabepowderwindham Could you explain what is wrong? I didn't see anything besides the shots going bad, but it's not like Natalja was teaching professional baristas how to prepare drinks to serve. This style of drink is fine for your Average Joe who just wants a sweet latte.

Destress. Have you not had your java yet?

  • where can i get the syrup?

  • Starbucks or any other coffee shop :D

  • shouldn't their be at least 1 cm of micro froth on top of a latte? hers is like 0.5mm

  • I just would like to know, well because I am so rich I can't get one I just want to know if I can warm the milk up on the stove?

  • Yeah you can. It froths too, just heat it until it starts bubbling and raising, then stop it so it doesn't overflow.

  • you can, what I usually do that I've found works a little better, is if you have a blender such as for smoothies, heat the milk up on the stove or in the microwave, then put it in the blender for a few minutes and this will make it thicker than if you were to heat it on the stove.

  • i was hoping at least the espresso part wouldn't need a machine =S

it would be easier to just go order one than learn how to do it with all the gadgets

    anyway, it looked delish =P

  • actully all the gadgets are easy to use

  • yummy!

  • Lovely !!

  • Thank you for this video. :)

  • u mean whip cream right? :P

  • and YOU...Whipped cream on a latte? Booooo...a cafe mocha, maybe, but not a latte

  • WHIP CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU UPSET THE LATTE GODS!!!! LIGHTING WILL CAME DOWN ON YOU!! no you NEVER use whip cream it is too rich for the latte, but foam is milk that have been... you guessed it foamed, by using a steam wand or the other gadget that i can think of right now

  • Cool. I prefer my latte to have a bit of foam on the top though. Only about a half inch ;)

  • that'd be a cappuccino, not a latte ;)

  • yep what a dummy

  • that's what I used to think, until i looked up the difference between a latte and cappuccino....the cappuccino is the one with the stiff foam on top according to a few chef websites..and the latte has only a thin foam layer on top...

  • errrmmm...I'm a barista o.O

You're on the right track though. The more foam on the top, the dryer the cappuccino. So what some people would call a latte with a little foam on top is actually a very wet cappuccino.

A latte, by definition, doesn't have foam on top. The milk is steamed to AVOID air bubbles, and gives it a nice velvety consistency that you can make latte art in the crema with.

  • nice
