I think GnR's vocals/lyrics were the most distinctive part of the band, so of course that would be the main input or influence in all the songs. He's just so different in the way he sings and I think he put a lot into that. I won't go any farther than that though.

I think GnR's vocals/lyrics were the most distinctive part of the band, so of course that would be the main input or influence in all the songs. He's just so different in the way he sings and I think he put a lot into that. I won't go any farther than that though.

first off steven practicly kick himself out he couldnt keep a beat becuase he was too coked up to play and thats why the illusions albums took so long to get done. and all that bullshit about axl was late and stuff fuck that. who do you know puts on a show like axl runs around for two to three hours and screams and all the work he puts into it. I waited for other bands too and the show doesnt make up for it .on axl´s case it does.

Use Your Illusions I and II while still containing some of Guns N' Roses greatest stuff overall were a complete mess of albums. And who the hell is Matt Shadows and Avenge Sevenfold. He has no idea what the crap he's talking about Axl being the whole spark for Guns N' Roses. It took everyone involved to made the classic G N' R line-up work.
I'm merely commenting on what the guy said about the old line-up how he believed Axl was the true source of talent, I think that's utter bull.
