@xXarmageddanXx .. ah but the frustration is your best friend .. learn to embrace difficulty .. behind obstacle is opportunity .. AND .. i reality , when you begin to think of all this a "easy" it will be .. don't doom yourself before you've begun.

Here is a TIP: your eye can only see 1/30th second. You can't speed up your eyes BUT you can SLOW DOWN TIME. Grab your chords in SUPER SLOW MOTION, each finger touching at the same time, this will divide time into more "slices" & more brain data.

He never saw a tab, a note or even someone playing the guitar. He had only his ears to discover the music and his instrument.....that impressing.

So please don't get me wrong, you are a great guitarplayer, but sometimes even I do close my eyes while playing the guitar.........but never thought about filming it or being especially proud of it!

as for part two, you need to understand the history of this video. The song originally had lyrics. I had problems with singing and staying in the hot zone of the mic because i kept looking at what i was doing. I only posted this video so a friend of mine could do the lyrics for it, becuase it was what i had handy. A few days later,

This song actually has lyrics .. the reason i played it blindfolded is so i could get the guitar part well enough that i could do justice to the vocal performance ..

i like to start with a simple "statement / theme" like a painter paints his background first .. then adds details later .. and finally the subject of the painting is revealed ...

and its very different ..

thats why its important to listen to my songs all the way through .. the best parts are near the end ..

thanks .. yeah i love that part too .. when i'm not blindfolded i actually play double stops there and get 2 notes instead of one .. i'm recording my new DVD / CD now and i'll use double stops and get the wood taps a little more balanced in volume.

Seriously, I dont see what the blindfold is for. Most of this is played in power-chords and variations. Plus you hit a sour note tapping at 2:06.

Believe me, I'm not knocking your tune, I actually like it alot. It's very catchy, and would be AMAZING with a good full band to back it. Just thought the blindfolding was a little weird, since most guitarists (like myself) know each of their guitars fretboards like the back of their hands.

play this song WITHOUT a blindfold .. try it .. there are a lot of open strings ringing and if you touch just ONE is messes everthing up ... not to mention the tapping behind the left hand .... i can play it with zero errors .. the blindfold was just for my own fun .. i posted it and didn't think it would actually be this popular .. then YouTube FEATURED IT in the music category :) ..
