that is definately a danger we are facing more and more! Thats why we fight vehicle fires at a 45 degree angle never stand directly in front or to the sides of the car, ive seen tires explode with so much force it the belt on the tire has hit our truck that was parked over 100 feet away! stay safe out there!
Oh boy, incoming! I have seen struts, shock absorbing bumper supports and other new dangers for firefighters explode on the newer model vehicles.
