I use the Mace of Molag Bal (steals souls) and Azura's Star (to replenish enchanted weaps) and that's how I level my enchanting lol.

I use the wabajack with soul trap and every time i kill someone the blackstar is refiled and i charge wabbajack up, so you staff never runs low!!
