  • Excellent!

  • Very cool.

  • I literally credit my way out of the darkness of depression to Burton. His music has always been soothing & warm, like a down quilt---even the harder rock songs lol

I've met him many times over the years. From 1973 on, the Guess Who became an electric force to be reckoned with. I attended all shows that I am able to. I'd be in heaven. Yes, this is shmaltzy , but I wanted to show that Burton's songs speak to me. He made the world less disturbing.

  • Burton rocks!!! :)

  • @canadianstudmuffin He is amazing, isn't he? He sounds even better now, which I never thought was impossible. I can hardly wait to see him this May at the JLC!

  • @lonelyheroine I meant to say I never thought it was possible, not impossible. lol

  • I live in Winnipeg! And I hope I speak for all Winnipegers when I say, we are so very very lucky to have such cold cold winters! That kind of weather breeds great musicans! I love you Burton!

  • Ooops. Thanks, I'll go fix it. Can you tell I just love this guy?

  • Great job with this. Just one small thing though - your comments about him receiving his high school diploma coincided with photos of him actually receiving his Order of Canada medal from then Governor General Michaelle Jean. :)
