It's extremely dangerous to handle any wild animal, even if it is a baby. You don't know what kind of diseases or bacteria they may be carrying or even if they are venomous. Blue ring octopuses are quite but they carry enough venom to take down a full grown adult, with no anti venom being available, so it's not guaranteed that a victim would survive.

I'm glad they put the octopus back but they had no business man handling the octopus, and could have easily observed it with their eyes.

A father spending his time with his kids and teaching them to be gentle with sea creatures and releasing it back into the wild is more of what this world needs. to many parents let there kids play video games all day and these kids are growing up like a bunch of morons.
