@cchavez1000able Yes, It's called a "Talkbox" and the simplest way I can describe it is: It is a device that uses the mouth as a resonance chamber to shape the tonality of the Amplifier's signal. It's the same sort of thing as when you put earphone buds in your mouth and open and close it. That is captured and sent back into the amp. Though different Pedals work in different ways, some need a mic. and others don't some need two amps A/B'd together and some only need one.

It's called a voice box. It's made to do those kind of effects. It's in their music video "It's My Life" and they use it in "Livin' On A APrayer" aswell. I'm not sure where else, but they use it all the time; Richie does

its called a talk box... the guitarist uses the tube coming out of the effect pedal to change the sounds using his mouth/nasal. inside the fx is a small driver. this is what creates the sound in the tube. the sound from the tube is the picked up by the microphone and sent to the Pa. unless its a cheaper one then the sound is sent back through the pedal.

Woah! Richie's made quite a U-turn with his style, he used to use nothing but Strats N' Jacksons to get really Trebbly melodies, now he's using all Les Pauls and Zemetis, and it sounds so much heavier, I think it's great!

Its a tube he puts in his mouth with air that blows in, so the noise is actually made by his voice

You don't blow into it, the Talbox pedal has a tiny speaker in it that plays what you play back up the tube into your mouth which you can change by changing the shape of your mouth (kind of like when you put earphone buds in your mouth and slowly open and close your mouth to get a "woah-woah" kinda sound) this is then picked up by the mic that the tube runs up to and is amplified by a separate speaker. They're really fun to use, but you need to be a millionaire to get one working.
