Wow!, so many many memories, many many moons ago I'd listen to this whole album, those were the days. I forget the name of the album, but every one of the songs were absolutely beautiful. I believe that Don wrote most of his songs, I've always loved a singer/songwriter. Great tunes, and thanks for uploading them.
I always liked Don, for the obvious reason, a great singer. But also, he was just Don, no glitz, fancy suits, etc. Just that old hat and a great voice. I never met him, but I'd bet he was just a quite, easy going guy. In another great song of his, he was "pushing 30 and still wearing jeans." I'll bet he still does.
