the easiest way to get one is to drive yusufs car for a while then drive to that street in bohan where niko (gta 4) had a house and one should appear around there (the gta4 and lost and damned parking spots work in ballad of gay tony)

@megachace11 The issue is getting the rare car in the first place. They don't appear if you DON'T HAVE ONE ALREADY. So try and think a little bit more, maybe go back to school for spelling and grammar as well.

to get this car to spawn, first: you must have completed all yusuf's missions, then he will give you his car. then you should have ended the story of the game. finally, drive around anywhere. you should see them driving around.
