When I was in grade 9 band, I wanted to play the bassoon but I thought it was called an oboe... So when I got the instrument in front of me I was like T_T what the hell did I just do...

Now I'm a university oboe major, best mistake I ever made.

people always assume that if i can play oboe then i can play bassoon and vice versa, but honestly i think bassoon seems waaayy harder

@worgdroogal88 I think oboe is waaayyy harder.The Bassoon reed is much easier to play on than an average oboe reed O_O . But we're all different
